QUOTE(clavenk @ Jun 26 2015, 09:22 AM) This is not good. Foresee the whole stretch of road will be park with full of car which likely congest the whole road, beside if zr can come over to rain front road is actually nearer to get out to kesas once the lrt road open. Which will be even more pack. Road is belong to DBKL and planned before project kick start.IMHO, I cant foresee how bad. jam is unavoidable in klang valley. Cheers |

QUOTE(clavenk @ Jun 26 2015, 11:20 AM) is not just about jam, no jam no ong. i think jam is acceptable. is the matter of mentally feeling unbalance when coming out from the guard house potentially both road side park with car and potentialy morning going to work edi stuck at the guard house because too many ppl parking in front of the road. no doubt the rainz is a good place to stay. but i think this is also part of the consideration right? if the road is not open for zr to come over then is much premium i would say. at least lesser chance that zr ppl will park over? u got ur point here.just to let you know the current situation of ZR facing. currently rainz's truck and heavy lorry etc are using ZR road to go in construction site. the zr road condition are not as good as last time before Rainz site begun. ZR practicing not allow owner to park road side. currently who parking road side are those contractors and workers. I don't see why should complain ZR? Why only mention ZR owner will park at roadside? I mean to be fair not to blame only 1 party. who know in future Rainz owner the one parking road side? right? Road connected for sure is win win situation for community nearby , b.oug , casa green ,kr1, kr2, ZR , The Rainz and other vehicles come in. Premium or not I think should consider the community itself and not just the road itself. M2cents |

Ppls spend this kind of $ for location, design, concept , facilities etc.
Understand that road access is important. That is why we looking at the bigger picture which is lrt road to revamp this area. I'm sure no project in Malaysia can suit everyone need. Depending what u want . |

unsure why some peoples like to compare this to other developments?
not fair comparing. if want to compare also compare within the bukit jalil/ boug area. if this product develop at prime area like DPC, KLCC, bangsar , TTDI , damansara , don't think they will sell at this price. Cheers |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Aug 12 2015, 11:57 AM) Haha. As usual loh. But Healthy and fair comparison is always welcome but must be with some points loh. My Lord MGG. agreed to +ZR low cost apt If this surrounded by high end environment, Rainz still selling RM 500+ psf net meh. Surely selling higher than Treez and TAz at RM 700-800 psf net. Too bad, maybe surrounded by some low cost apartments like KR1 and KR2, as claimed by few non buyers in the thread. |
