Agreed with you.

However, i personally clarified with Exsim that not ALL Units 3A will get 3Carpark.

Currently only Block B units 3A and Block C unit 05 giving 3CP bcoz Block B is more premium in term of price ( compared block A and block C )

Bro, very depending on individual preferences.

The Rainz still under con while the treez and km1 are completed. Both location are slightly better compared to The Rainz. However, once LRT link road open, it will definitely benefit the rainz , kr1 & 2, ZR and b.oug for easy access to major highway like MEX, Kesas , seremban & bukit jalil highway.

I believe not rental game anymore now IMHO due to the market is slowing down but who know after 2018-2020?

Most of the buyers/ potential buyers of bukit jalil enclave r eyeing on bukit jalil city mall & paradigm2. Will bukit jalil be the next hotspot? Time will tell.

Just my little 2 cents
