If the price listed and discount is cfm at 15%, net is around only RM 540-558 psf. KR1 and ZR 1400 sf already sold at RM 500 psf subsale. Thus, RzR much newer, greater & more facilities, good facade and spec, Exsim strategy, 15% discount entry, I dont think its only less than 10% above KR1 and ZR. I expect at least 15-20% abv KR1 or ZR prevail price.

Unless they cant sell with this price 1 mth after launching bcz 15% is damm huge discount.

I wonder why Exsim price the same pricing psf for 1513 sf compare to bigger 1772 sf and even bigger at 1930 sf unit.

I too wonder how is the sales for the units facing Bukit OUG. I see no sense paying 1m to face Bukit OUG.

When almost launching last week, I yumcha with My friends and they asking my opinion which facing they should buy.

I also dunno how to answer them but if die die must choose, I opt for low floor facing pool, could be facing Kesas or KR1. If high floor, can overlook KR1 but could be noisy.

If non pool means face KR1, ZR, Bkt OUG condo or Kesas rite? If thats the case, I rather face ZR or KR1.
