I'm 170cm and 110lbs. Just started working out for 1 week. Which mass gainer should i get?

BSN True-Mass or Lean Body Mass 60? Can i have you guys review for this 2 product?

Or should i just get whey protein? My trainer asked me to start with mass gainer then only change to whey.

well, just my opinion, why dont u try whey protein first? mass gainer seems too much, unless if u really want to be a pro bodybuilder.

Weight gainers are the worst shit you can buy. Filled with simple sugars and low quality protein. The only time I can think of to take them
is exclusively post workout. There are only a few quality weight gainers brands out there but still not worth the money

i believe whole food with complex carbs all the way for muscle building is one of the scientifically proven ways

and like pedro said, protein blends je if hard to find / eat whole food

You shouldn't. I feel weak. =( 10lbs less than my target. Know what's the biggest rip off?? Muscle juice. A well reputed review site said don't get fooled by the huge servings. The reason is cos they use low quality protein and amino acids. It's to build "mass" but not quality mass.

havent taken any weight gainer since PVL Mutant Mass turned me into a farting machine.

The only good mass gainers I would endorse are MHP Up Your Mass and Cytosport Cytogainer but the price is... Ugh.

I think that most people don't need mass gainers, but for those who find it really need shitloads of calories, mass gainers would be a cheap and convenient way to top up those calories, no ?

Well my trainer told me i need weight gainer as my first tub to gain some size.

I've been eating 6 meals or more. 1 litre of milk a day. But i just can't grow because my metabolism rate is very high.

I'm afraid if i just take whey or other protein blend i just can't grow even with enough food intake and exercises.

well it depends on ur goal....
if u wanna get big n bulky like those rugby players, well get mass gainer... get muscle juice 2600, it d best in d market dat i could think of.. d least sugar in d market..

but if u wanna look like those in d covers of men's health magazine,get whey protein..

fro me im takin both, but just never followed d recommended does.. its says 4 scoops twice a day but im taking ony 1 or 2 scoops once or twice a day..

check on kuantan protein in fb..

Do you actually read serious supplement review sites before you blindly promote some products bro? Muscle juice has a higher ratio of low quality protein. If they need that many scoops to fulfil a nutritional profile, some things are lacking in there.

Buy either one 1st. Try it and see the result and then buy the other one later. Mass gainer has very few servings so you will finish it in no time...

just buy whey protien.
mix with milk, banana,yougurt,oats,ect. ( ask ken for recipe )
blew the pricey weight gainers away.

weight gainers are for those that got no time/too lazy to prepare a hihg calorie shake imho.
