well it depends on ur goal....
if u wanna get big n bulky like those rugby players, well get mass gainer... get muscle juice 2600, it d best in d market dat i could think of.. d least sugar in d market..
but if u wanna look like those in d covers of men's health magazine,get whey protein..
fro me im takin both, but just never followed d recommended does.. its says 4 scoops twice a day but im taking ony 1 or 2 scoops once or twice a day..
check on kuantan protein in fb..
