QUOTE(-kytz- @ Apr 20 2011, 03:53 PM) Buying a laptop JUST for a "better display" is rather pointless. You're better off spending a fraction of that $$ to get a decent IPS monitor. I would go for Imac just because of the display. really I meant it.Sames goes to those who buy a phone JUST for the camera lawl. Yesterday I went to lowyat to find a LED screen well I found monitor for 1k yet it turns me down it's not as sharp as Imac. guess what makes it different? the OS! even those ultra sharp LED screen + Fedora 13 is not comparable to Imac + snow leopard |

QUOTE(goldfries @ Apr 20 2011, 04:59 PM) i'll call myself stupid if i buy an iMac to install Windows on it. Hahaha.. well for development purpose you need to have windows platform that freaking .Net which only working on windows platform right? Mac OS is superb but I'm using Windows for work purpose, it's fine anyway. Award winning photography Michael Greenberg uses Asus notebook with Windows 7. some more mac currently providing support upon windows so installing win7 OS on iMac is not a big deal right? hahaha.. some more VMware works awesome.! if you like to shoot at night grab 50mm 1.8 that is a freaking awesome cheapo lens yet deliver the quality as it can suck more light.
however if you go out at day for the shooting 18-105 is enough. Added on April 21, 2011, 2:08 pmanyone realize this? http://nikonrumors.com/2011/04/19/nikon-an...-next-week.aspx 50 1.8 AF-S This post has been edited by aldosoesilo: Apr 21 2011, 03:13 PM |
