QUOTE(Agito666 @ Apr 12 2011, 05:07 PM) then make it more soft that pretty much works in my eye. photoshop duplicate the layer, grussian blur 3-4 px, set the layer on top of the default layer and set the layer type into overlay, adjust opacity according to your eyes and see the effect well frankly spoken I am learning photoshop and lightroom nowadays. unlike before my photo will come to lightroom first. Enjoying free trial though |

QUOTE(junior5417 @ Apr 12 2011, 05:15 PM) well if that in the case it comes to preference whether you want something new which might be flash.constant zoom. or prime. well I'd say it depends on people preference last time I bought my flash first as I am listening to suggestion by KTCY when I started my photography well the flash end up sold by me I prefer prime lens to constant zoom lens. however I couldn't deny the fact that I want constant zoom lens too. Give me lah abang! |

QUOTE(SSY22 @ Apr 12 2011, 05:23 PM) I think aldo is talking about hahaha.. you got me right.Zoom lens without fixed aperture , example 70-300mm f4.5~5.6 Zoom lens with fixed aperture, example 70-200mm f2.8 QUOTE(geekster129 @ Apr 12 2011, 05:24 PM) The word constant refers to the aperture. Meaning at any focal length you can always get a constant (largest aperture) possible. Certain lens, like 70-200mm f/2.8 will let you go f/2.8 no matter what focal length you go, be it 70mm, 85mm or 200mm. Try it on your kitlens, everytime you zoom, your maximum aperture will become smaller. That's why the lens there got say f/3.5-5.6 mar... At 18mm, your camera let you go until f/3.5, then maybe at 105mm, your camera will only let you go until f/5.6 max. For the case of a 18-105 zoom lens. QUOTE(junior5417 @ Apr 12 2011, 05:25 PM) fill flash? your pop-up flash also can fill flash pun.. |

QUOTE(ifer @ Apr 13 2011, 11:14 AM) Hmm.. depends on the perspective view.I did research about that some times ago. the guy said CMOS pawn CCD in term of battery usage and he explain some very technical stuffs there and I am agree with that. and he explain the color rendering in CCD and CMOS in a very technical perspective too. in the short sentence CCD render better color. Guys I want to see a casual reply from my casual poll.
Given you have 10k budget for lens to cover most of your usage. I wanted to know how you set your lens line up with 10k. You can fill every of it or leave it blank (if you are not into it, let say like me I am not into tele I can leave it blank).. less than 10k is even better else no problem (yet should be +/- 10%) Lenses for (DX/FX) <- state that lens for DX or FX Ultra Wide - Wide - Mid range - Tele - Prime - Casual (Street photography) - Photo Shooting - |
