Anyone tried chiropractic first in BU center stage? I went for an X-ray as advised by the doctor. It comes out the doctor said my neck is bending front which need to adjust it with 36 sessions in total.

Is 36 sessions really make sense?

36 sessions sounds like a whole lot. If we're talking about postural correction, there is a need of participation of 'active care' from the patient (i.e. exercise) to strengthen back the muscles in order to correct the posture. The adjustments by a chiropractor only aids in pain relief (if any), and fixing the joints which are hypomobile (not-moving optimally). So adjustments are required, in addition of exercise in order to correct a posture.

But anyway, 36 sessions is just too much, in my opinion.

Check out this place, they provide Gonstead Chiropractic. Google this up its different from others.

It can be really pricy but they treat every patient differently after all everyone spine is unique instead of other place just ask you to sign up packages just to tie you down.

They may ask you to take X ray as well. So that they can provide a more precise adjustment not just simply crack.

My chiropractor was Dr Deon Lee . My wife is under Dr Lim. Very professional !

TAGS has many doctors (or chiropractors), initially they hired many foreigners some really experienced. Now they are hiring locals some overseas grads, some local grads.

Any good is up to individuals, so no comment on that part.

Expect RM 150++ for 1 service, adjustment/physio/others, they will recommend full package usually... make sure you sign what you need only, else you'll be credit Card indebt for a long long time. That might just break your back.
