Kinda surprising, but we can't top up SSPN-i using CIMB?

Kinda weird. The main page where you check your SSPN deposits has a field where you can add to your deposits, but that doesn't have CIMB in the list when they direct you to FPX.

Did a google search, and there's another page where you can top-up with FPX and that has CIMB in the list. The website does not have https, though. So not sure how secure it is.

Any idea if the dividends from the previous year is considered as deposit for tax relief?

Eg. I get 240 in dividends for 2018, therefore I only need to put in 7760 to get full tax relief for 2019?
