Hi everyone, sorry for this very silly question. I only recently opened up SSPN accounts for my kids to take advantage of the tax relief.

I noted that there is a withdrawal facility on the SSPN portal, but there is also the ability to withdraw via BI (subject to having an account and ATM access). Can I check how you guys are performing withdrawals? Is it through the online portal? How long is the process to withdraw (i.e. from submitting a request to getting your funds)?

I intend to just max out on tax relief, therefore no intention to withdraw regularly, but would like to know if these funds can be easily accessed in case of emergency or change in plans. Thanks in advance.

Yes if you and your wife have separate tax assessment and individual sspn account.

I tried Razer pay via 7-11 to top up on 1st december. Up to now,it is still not reflected in the account. Already email to ptptn.
Is this normal that it takes so long time to update?

Forfeited for ganjaran altogether cos you performed your initial RM5k withdrawal within campaign period (which starts today) and this time includes the period post-campaign up to 30th June. That's why people withdraw before ganjaran campaign kickoff cos it usually takes effect on the same day it is announced.

I opened 2 accounts for my child , depositors me(>5 years) n spouse(2019). Still thinking whether to join this campaign since not as attractive as 2020. For the time being will only use spouse's account for deposit and withdraw.

Deposited RM999 SSPN via Boost on 1 April, still not received. Anyone made deposits since 1 April and received already?
