I read on the PTPTN website that to withdraw you need to attach a death certificate of the depositor. so means depositor need to be deceased first in order to withdraw??

Can I deposit into the account today and then take everything out again in a month's time or will there be any penalties? Need to go to PTPTN HQ to withdraw or can withdraw online?
