I didnt log in for years, need to register again? but last Dec when make payment account still ok one.

my case took 7 days, i did on last monday morning via app, received last night.
yesterday i went to office to do withdrawal as well, luckily the online one shown completed on Sunday, else if got online transaction still pending, then you cant do withdrawal from counter.
