CC option is still there, however CC cards all dimmed. Only can choose Debit Card.

If the balance is deposited by using credit card, can wait few more days to withdraw via GO+ to avoid ban?

Since ppl are talking about Bank Islam withdrawal, so I made a visit to BI to open an account.
Upon visit, they asked for reason to create a bank account, which I promptly told them I need to split my savings and get an account linked to SSPN.

They start asking me a lot of question, feel like interrogating me. 

After provide all info like my origin, source of income, company i worked at and etc.
They also ask for proof of employement for them to consider allowing me having Basic Account.
I did not expect they need that, therefore I walked away.

They also offered me to open Al-Awfar which is an investment account.
I refused as they can't provide an ATM card with 0 anual fee (which I will probably need it for online banking only).

At last, I'm (still) not able to create a basic savings account in BI.
I'm not sure if there are some activity ongoing which causes them to stricten the condition to open a new account, but I pretty sure my financial status are in good shape.
Not sure why the response. 

Actually now i recalled that is what they ask me to do. Buy my wife acc got prob cant link.
Not sure BI issue or SSPN issue after they did something only can link

Hi guys, to deposit SSPN via e-wallet, is that only ShopeePay? Besides the Shopee app, which other apps can also deposit SSPN with credit cards/e-wallets?

I'm only using ShopeePay/Shopee now and looking for other channels if available.

Bad xp opening bank islam account.. try open on last sunday via online .. fail with money successfully deducted. ask me to go to branch to verify... so i went to branch.. they tell me maybank memang problematic try use other bank... on the spot in front of the bank officer... use hong leong made another deposit ... fail again, money gone missing... then ask me go counter.. do atm transfer to open account..  when ask what about my missing deposit.. ask me contact my bank for refund ...

Login to my sspn account, deposited money to my kid's account using fpx transfer. Received receipt  with other peoples name and difference reference number 😫

Checked my bank account got deduction. Checked again my sspn account, no deposit.

last month BI counter girl  accidentally closed my BI SA,
few days later only managed to restore back my SA using  same account number.

8.1.24 went to ATM  trying to  transfer SSPNi money out,
i could not even access  ATM with my debit card,
error "card not activated."

straight i complained to the manager must  be their fault
accidentally closed my SA the other day causing now debit card  cannot access ATM

he did something then i can use debit card  again

10.1.24 i tried  check BI ATM for  SSPNi accounts,
but cant see SSPNi there
only can see  tab for BI and Tabung Haji...

Now if you guys already can access SSPNI account with BI ATM
i wonder is it becos  that accidental closure has caused me cant see SSPNi option at BI ATM.

But login BI GO online  i can see SSPNi 3 accounts there,
but  cant  do transfer money out  to BI SA though.

Pening  with all these issues now,
wanna curse that  BI counter girl simply closed my SA...
i forgotten how to  get SSPNi tab appear in BI ATM machine...
could not find any option in the ATM screen to link sspni  also

withdraw in counter today, deposit in 1st jan amount not updated cannot be witdraw. as told process time will take 10-14 wokings days
also it mentioned online withdraw will have limit to 1K later.

My deposit on 1 January 2024 via maybank2u is now reflected but it is dated 15 January 2024. Will wait and see the date changes back to the date of deposit or not.

Use diff amount like 990,991,992....999 for same day transaction. Now more difficult cos no longer stated transaction date.

I think the keyword here is only use for SSPN
