great! find a day to try this.
Thanks for the sharing

Between, razer cash limit is 1k?
*
i'm not sure on this, my last try was Rm500... i only tried once. and take note razer cash got RM3.5 service charge ya... but somehow it in sspn portal reflected with RM1 charge only... i also not sure why.

after all , i still feel credit card -> big pay -> boost is more convenient and earns more rewards.

razer cash is razerpay?
boost to sspn - checked
grabpay to sspn - checked
TnG to sspn - checked

razer cash is barcode type payment in 7eleven store, not the razerpay ewallet.

you just need to generate your barcode in http://www.ptptn.gov.my/molpay/index.php, then proceed to 7eleven to pay (using cash or touch n go wallet or razerpay wallet)

waaa...the charges is high! by specific percentage or per transaction at any amount?
grabpay to sspn via epay or alternate channel?
TnG how?
Thanks
*
fixed amount. but compare to e-pay, RM50 transaction charge RM1 which is 2%, Razer cash if you pay RM500 the charge is less than 1%. if you pay large amount the % is even smaller.

TnG? via razer cash in 7eleven can use TnG....

What cashier need to select before making payment? Just show them barcode and they automatically know it's for sspn?
*
show them the barcode, they know what to do one... they don't even need to know it is sspn, jus tell them razer cash payment, they scan your barcode (their system autoshow the purpose and amount one), then next tell them touch n go, then they scan your touch n go wallet.... thats all...

can try with small amount first if you dont know how... by the way... credit card -> Boost is the more easier way actually... no need to pay higher charge and no need to physical walk in.

SSPN via RAZER maximum rm996+rm3.5
TNG I just now pay at 711 using two accounts maximum 3 times per account then cannot pay anymore. Maybe the per day limit is around 3k and monthly 5k but last time I pay rm3300 in lump sum using tng can.
*
Can share what is the rational behind using TnG to pay SSPN, rather than using Boost? I’m interested to understand. Boost coinback plus credit card cashback isn’t better ?

If you guys wanna avoid this RM1 fees charged by Boost, you may consider Maybank2U via Pay (Bill) and look for Payee as below.

I did one lump sum which is beyond the limit that Boost is allow to save fees and time.

if you use m2u, you avoided the RM1 charge, but lost the opportunity to earn credit card cash back and Boost coins... which rewards multiple times than Rm1 charge.

i think your account is flagged by boost for overspending on sspn... should not be that low rate of coins in normal case...

For myself I max out the boost spending every month without including sspn... thus need to find other tool which can get some extra pocket money if possible.
I think some people use TNG or finding other eWallet to pay sspn due to this too
*
oh... no wonder. but in your case why not use M2U but use TnG which charged you RM3.5 per transaction...? any benefits for using Touch n Go?

Hi guys, please allow me to ask a stupid question.

Based on SSPN's guideline, withdrawal can be made anytime and just have to maintain a minimum amount of RM20 in the account.

Tax relief is RM8k.

So does it mean that I can put in the 8k at once, claim tax relief then withdraw the money?

Rinse and repeat yearly? is this some kind of loophole?
*
the keyword here is NET Deposit... you put in 8k this year, next year you take out 8k... in order for tax relief next year, you need deposit 16K in order to claim 8k tax relief.

Last time use to be quite rewarding, RM1 fees is rewarded with rm10+ worth of coins. Now seems different story, one of account is capped to 110 coins.
If next year SSPN is cap at certain ratio. I might abandon this wallet.
*
ya coins is lesser now, but you can still earn certain % in front for credit card cashback... which is quite rewarding also...

I think topping sspn via boost is the only way using your CC for payment right? Otherwise is pure cash via fpx
*
can pay via touch n go which can use credit card topup as well

just generate your Razer cash barcode, the pay in 7eleven using touch n go wallet.
http://www.ptptn.gov.my/molpay/index.php

Boost more convenient actually.

Can use Boost for RazerPay at 711?
*
Boost cannot be used in 7eleven. Boost can pay sspn directly in boost app.

yup i made the payment on 27/12/2019. so i am not entitled to the 4% dividend payout in 2020?

ok understood.
*
you deposit on 27/12 , then no dividend entitlement for month of Dec (of cos all the months before Dec). your dividend entitlement will start on Jan 2020 onwards... dividend is calculated monthly basis and credited on next year ...
