The mirror doesn't move so the sensor doesn't really exposed to the outside...unlike DSLR the whole mirror move exposing the sensor within the exposure period...therefore leaving the risk of contamination for SLT sensor minimal unless the dust come from somewhere else.....you just clean the mirror,for slt

...just my assumptions

...no one was wrong as we just sharing assumptioms
hope someone can clarify this....because i never cleaned my sensor before from initial purchase(i don't even own a blower! ) .....sometime i just click a button and the sensor vibrates(probably just for fun)...so far no dust.
