No point checking with the banker.. They will simply say the bank will charge cancellation fee.. I don't see anything stated in the letter of offer on any cancellation fee.. Just words from the banker..

Received c.c. letter from solicitor... Thought was the letter to inform on the spa

Unfortunately, it's a letter to the bank informing that they can't proceed with documentation.. Because spa is not finalised

Sng & Co informed that the Sale and Purchase Agreement will only be ready in end of July......... another 1 month + !!!

Yup.. Called lawyer's office today.. Was told that pending developer to provide approved plan.. Looks like will be around end of September or early of October

Didn't ask them more.. Only said building plan yet to be approved..

Guys... Cement price increased! Will that affect our purchase price? Afraid developer will increase..
