yes. totally agree wif u on uneven potential buyers when developers throw in easy entry scheme. ugly price war is the last thing that an investor would want to see when the units are completed. maybe shud set a benchmark on rental price but issit unethical to do so? juz afraid that others might condemn over rental control. hehe
oh yes my gf is extremely lucky to get a unit there. but u oso got urself a unit rite? wanted to wait for rejected unit so u can get another unit and own 2 like chris chew kor? hahaha

WCT to add 2 more malls to portfolio

PETALING JAYA: WCT Bhd plans to add to two more shopping malls to its current portfolio of two malls as it seeks a steady recurring income for the group.

Its executive director Choe Kai Keong said on Thursday the third shopping mall would be at the KLIA2 integrated complex which would be ready by April 2013.

"The fourth shopping mall in the pipeline will be part of the 57-acre mixed development of commercial and residential project in Overseas Union Garden with a total gross development value of RM4bil," he said.

Choe was speaking to reporters after the official opening of the Paradigm Mall in Kelana Jaya. Its first mall is in Klang.

Indeed this commercial shopping mall was one of the quite good news for BJ enclave or KR2 and its neighbour.

I wonder of such 57 acres size still avalable at OG enclave. Lol

Need to have a feel for the size of 57 acre. There is a vacant land on the right of OG height. Is that rect box too small for 57-acre ?

May I know was it approved last week or sometime ago ?

Reason for asking is my loan application from Maybank no news. If they approve yours last week then I see no reason why they can't approve/reject mine yet.

I can only conclude that my banker's cable is not strong. I just called him and he still gives me the same cock and bull story. According to him, a lot of people are on the queue.

And they considering to increase limit ....

I think what the bankers do is to focus on those who have higher chance to get the loan approved with the highest loan margin, so that they can secure their sales 1st.  Mine same case as urs, applied afew weeks ago and no news from the banker. Called up numerous time to followup and finally informed that the quota burst and the bank has just increased the quota, blablabla..and will try to rush for approval after the increase of the loan limit.

Finally signed LO with MBB -2.3 BLR..
Any idea how much loan fees will be? 5 to 7K?

Thank you so much Chris bro, once i place my deposit will share with you all which type i choose. really like the location, used to stay in jalil damai but sold off 2 years ago at lost, after 2 years now it rises 120k, damn it.... so now this time i dont wanna let go another good opprotunity, still thinking whether for own stay or investment. i have some concern like the chinese primary school, etc as i have 2 kids.

is lai meng school already completed? is a primary or secondary school? if they have a mall like paradigm that will be good... i think now bukit jalil is only lack of a big mall only. other than that is quite complete and i love the location...

Everthing is great except that it's not happening so soon. Thought I remember reading somewhere it says starting 3 years down the road and takes 10 years to complete.

I guess if KR2 developer hire a few indon workers go to chop down a few trees and put a few bricks there, then the next day KR2 will be fully sold.
