what is the best period for own stay before flipping? 10 years while LH still left >80 years? i am curious to know how much is the premium to renew the LH period of a condo? it's shared by all units right? Like that you guys can own stay until completion of WCT mall at OUG then only flip, because it is launching 2014 and takes 8 years to complete. LOL.
