I think there is a difference on tenant quality between 1 family occupying the whole unit vs. pool of individual tenants sharing the same unit..... MK is more towards one single family therefore we can see the quality of the tenants are there...

RM2200-RM2500 for a 1200sf

its 3k fully furnish.. not forgeting KR2 is ready half way furnish with kitchen cabinet, hob hood, 4 aircon n heater,, just some additional furnishing to get it fully furnish

a fren got seri maya, but bigger unit, tenanted 4k

For me, good is equals to the material and quality is up to the RM 425-435 psf we had pay for. I not asking them to deliver me a RM 650 psf product,  ( but maybe upon VP after > 3 years, the construction costs increase heavily then it is still possible like 2009-2012 )

At least no major issue like cracking happen on the wall and etc ... I am sure not 99% or 100% perfect ... but i duly accept the minor issues as it is more easier to maintain over the long term ...

I always enjoy the multi glass windows high rise, looks more modern and contemporary ... however, KR2 is a grey colour building, I very worry upon VP, the facade is totally different from what he had seen .....
