Did you by any chance skipped one count ? Position 14 is already taken by Erran taikor who managed to secure a unit 8 at 8 floor which is a reserved unit right from the beginning. Don't play play, he might be a director of kiara resources, internal staff or the agent. whistling.gif

All I can say that, those threads which I go in to, making comments, most of them are negative comments, which likely those I am keen to invest in it. Although LYN forum posters are only a small fraction of the Malaysian buyers, I am surprised that there are quite many of them here in LYN with hefty portfolio. All I could say is that, well, I am not the poorest guy here but certainly could never match with the many taikors here. smile.gif

There is already a precedence to this. Knox did all the marketing for Heron Residency and it turns out to be what you see ( in marketing material ) is not what you get.

I think in the property development world, it's not uncommon for developers to hire various companies for various services such as sales, marketing, project management and so on. And Trinity hired Knox in Heron Residency, so as Kiara Resources hired Knox for KR1/2 projects.

When developers outsourced their sales/marketing/project management to various third party companies, it will not be uncommon for mismatch to happen between the various parts.

Haha I had never used the word "wrong" in my post.

Lack of coherence or mismatch in artist impression to reality might happen, that's what I am saying.

But for KR1/2, we don't know what's the outcome yet.
