I have zero points with Direct Acess, if they offer 10,000 BonusPoints I will stay for another year...else bye bye Direct Access

I submitted cancellation of all my SCB Platinum & Gold CCs via fax.... just retaining the Preferred World MasterCard.

I wonder whether the SCB Retention dept will call to offer me $$$

Hong Leong Bank will actually send you a letter to inform that your CC cancellation has been approved.

p.s. You can even re-activate if you wanted.

Called UOB Platinum CS to cancel the UOB One Card.... expect to get a call from the Cancellation Dept in the next few days.
Let's see what do they offer me...

If the amount in your CC is negative/positive, it will not close. Better call the CS again.

RM15 upfront
RM35 after spend RM200 within 30-day period
