I been accept an offer from Berjaya Corporation. I would like to know about the staff remuneration, which is HR told me is standard and usual but i want to know more specified.
Do anyone work there before? Could give me some idea on their staff benefit.
- Bonus - annually (1 month or less)
- Increment - annually (based on percentage or round firgure like 100 - 200?)
- Benefit - EPF, SOCSO (i guess normal following table)
- Benefit for berjaya product - discount i guess
- Medical ?
- Annual Leave?
- OT claim??
- Allowance??
Please give me some idea.

Bonus <- standard 1 month for big company.
Increment <- depend on percentage .. kinda low for low salary

Benefit for berjaya product <- yes... berjaya product got... but only starbuck satisfied me ... lol and mostly all restaurant inside BTS got discount as well..
Medical < - MC i not sure... but i think its sufficient for me to use.. claim <- so far all can be claimed .. unless u every week claimed more than 1 times .. lol
Annual Leave <- me is 18 days annually.. not sure bout ur department. but mostly its same
OT claim <- never OT if ur boss din asked you.
allowance<- what kind of allowance u mean?

they paid me 2XXx a bit better than my current firm. i had 3 yrs working experience.. so i wonder how the benefit at berjaya.. cause din mention during the interview also

They didn't mention, just asked me if i can lower down my salary, later or sooner I will get promoted and increase my salary - which is nonsense to me. Which company would not tell you that you will get promoted and salary increment? During your evaluation, they can say you are not good enough, you have other areas to improve etc, straight away wipe out all the efforts you ever put in.
I don't like HR bargain salary without first interviewing me face to face. Somemore that day they just called me and interview me.
