Hai ... leasehold. G residence, freehold.
Every half year I look back seems like I miss this good project and that good project .. the quick rise in price is really making me paranoid .. lol Added on March 30, 2011, 4:41 pm QUOTE(tinster @ Mar 30 2011, 04:37 PM) IMHO another condo at Kuchai Lama is one too many. The place is already congested especially the main road. It is a 'wong' (prosperous) area, but too 'wong' is also not good. It does seems that Seputeh area properties are much sough after However, having said that, I somehow have the feeling that this condo will be a sellout, if the price is right. Like Parklane, eventhough many people bising-bising that 4000 units is too crowded, but still sold like hot cakes. This post has been edited by 1ullaby: Mar 30 2011, 05:20 PM |

Auto renewal, in placed and in forced?
What about premiums to be paid? How is it same with freehold if we have to pay premiums. And I can imagine residential units will ask for discount on premiums and gov should approve on compassion grounds .. how will all these work with auto renewal Somehow I still have doubts leh ..
