but from what i heard even iphone5 launching this year but it's capacity only 32GB and 64GB so the price will be much higher compared to last time ranging 2000++....now at least rm2600 and above.

no. 3GS is named 3GS because it's an improved iphone 3G. 3G is referring to the antenna. an 'iphone 4G' would mean an iphone with a 4G antenna, and an 'iphone 4GS' would mean an improved iphone 4G.

but there's no iphone 4G. the current one is simply named iphone 4 because it's the fourth version. still using the same 3G antenna, no 4G antenna

so even an iphone 4S will not make sense...because it'll be the fifth version

also no way. memory prices are getting cheaper and cheaper. and if u look at how apple product prices are after every new version, they very seldom increase in price, if not never. either maintain the same (e.g iphone) or lower (macs).

transparent touch screen is only for eye candy 'concept' videos la bro... imagine using it in real life. it'll be freaking hard to read anything. and you can say goodbye to privacy

You're talking way out of topic here.. I understand what you're saying clearly, I've been in the UK for many years and I know that...
But there're a lot of products even after conversion is still cheaper than Malaysia, e.g. high-street brands and designer's brand, i.e. If a pair of Zara shoes over here 29pounds = less than RM150, in Malaysia the exact same thing is RM199..

BUT we're talking about equal values based on spot exchange rates here, Malaysia is cheap nowadays in Apple products no matter how you look at it, and it just happened for the past 12 months because our MYR has been strengthening against USD so prices have been adjusting.. It's even cheaper than USA now... USA prices excludes Taxes, e.g. MacBook Air 11 is 999usd + 9% tax = around 1090USD = around Rm3.3k... MacBook Air 11 in Malaysia = RM3099..
