So many tablets. After playing with Ipad2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab firsthand, I would wait for this year's lineup for android tablets, besides Xoom. So many choices, so little money but hope this one would be like a very good choice for my first tablet.

If it's indeed below 2K, I won't mind that! Ipad2 is a nice integration of both the hardware and software, hence the smooth operations and all, but for me the OS is just the too boring for me. Plus, with the said batteries life, can't get better than that.

Apparently the international warranty offered is different in different country . I read on ASUS Singapore page, Singapore sets are with international warranty which they advertised it as a prominent feature.

My brother staying in HK but once a month he will fly to US for 3-5 days only so he doesn't have much time to survey. Hopefully the warranty from US is international warranty.

Do note that warranty for US purchase is only US local warranty instead if international warranty. Thanks. Tuesday at 2:53pm double check and confirm before purchase at US.... @basSist & @djlah Thanks for the confirmation. Local set means like AP right? We only can send warranty back to where we bought the devices. Anyone know any source for HK price?
