what happen to my DHD??

first of all my DHD is not responsive and it automatically turn off.,
and it need to remove the battery to turn it on back..
but the problem is why my DHD restore back to factory setting
all of my apps and games disappear

somebody please help me why this happen and if there any way to restore all of my things??

Is your phone on stock ROM? or custom ROM?
Unless u use mybackup or titanium backup, there is no way u can restore after reset to factory settings
