what happen to my DHD??

first of all my DHD is not responsive and it automatically turn off.,
and it need to remove the battery to turn it on back..
but the problem is why my DHD restore back to factory setting
all of my apps and games disappear

somebody please help me why this happen and if there any way to restore all of my things??

my DHD is in stock ROM..that's the problem I never make a factory reset to my phone..suddenly it stuck on the lockscreen then autamatically turn off..

when it turn on back, everything become to factory setting..automatically my DHD goes to factory setting

unfortunately I not do the nandroid backup..

yup..the jacksparrow MC2. I downloaded it from #ehem..maybe this game is the cause??
