if u load wmplayer or itunes and ur dvd drive makes sound then good as
if ur comp hangs, juz pop the dvd drive open and the hang shud dissapear reletively fast.

im wdigital user, hibernation works.. i think set the hibernation quota higher.. cuz mine never fail. in fact lsee than 1 min hibernate.. juz startup into desktop bit slow..

the battery runtime is crap, i juiced out 5hours 30 min in idle.. how they get 3 hr 27 min.. even surfing the web with no flash takes 4 hours.. how they gt 2 hour?

yup, 30% higher performance in gpu, 20% in cpu performance aimed by intel..
if u can w8 then go ahead.. but sure got probs and then u hav 2 w8 another year..

dissagree.. IE 9 is way better than IE8.. i check all speed data, it even ran faster than chrome, and mozilla.. juz disable everything to load things in 2 sec, mine opens in >1 sec.. press and its open..

hey guys how to disable ur hd3000 from working?..
my wei for it sucks..
ooh, if u wan to hav 7.6 wei for ram, put in the stock 1333 mhz ram to make 4 gb
then put in a ram that is 10600s 9_10 F2 with latency 6.7.8.9 model..
total 8gb with wei 7.6
things load faster too..
nex stop is ssd for me!

64 bit is pointless.. use 32 bit, if compare all basic setup then chrome win in startup loading, but chrome loads some pages slower than mozilla and ie9..

can, i once witness this availability when i got my sn trapped into no void (windows 7 sand ubuntu 11 no boot error, pain in the ass)
well some bootup software could disable them through the bios startup
alternatively, u can set affirmative in ur task manager in ur game process nex to piority.
juz open it when the game loads then pet piority to high and affirmative 0,2 then u get 2core 0 single core(runs mad)

4 hours of crysis 2 88'c temp, playing high settings but res at 1366 no lag, except for video transition where the hdd can't buffer as fast ..
how's ya temp range and do you guys hav that buffer prob?
any1 got the working link 2 black ops? wan get it.. juz post link with the here
oh yea, since we all play soo much games, how's ya hdd cap left? 2 partition is great 4 work but pain in te ass for installation..

i dun really think screen probs.. try booting up with a external screen, cuz sometimes itz juz intel chips(intergrated gpu) or nvidia gc unstable probs.
if still get same prob then itz ur chipset problem that needs changing ( try oc'ing ur gpu till very unstable n u will also get it)

nah, by defult, if normal desktop no show then is because we start in intel gpu.. unless u can disable intel gpular..
or else try booting up in nvidia constant usage state, save, reboot and plug in c.. somehow i still like amd n ati but oh well.

+1, economically speaking, itz not feasible to produce high spec like these as who use i7?
ask any shop in lowyat, they tell u aiyo i5 very good, i7 heat issue..
soo the fear goes on, but they 4got this new i7 not soo hot like be4.
and they will continue to ramble about consumers not using the excess powers as browsing does not take all 4 cores above 5%
but they forgot about us! we use i7 and is armed with cooler pads

tats y im asking.. our model dates are 2010 f1 and the 1 i tested is 2x2gb 1333 mhz 9-10 stepping f2 which in the end resulted in higher WEI reading than 4x2 or our hynix or hynix and kingston total 8gb.. btw.. i got this samsung ram from a friend dell and my sis macbookpro.. seems that they use good stock ram modules (not saying corsair and kingston rams are bad-after all they are based on renamed hynix)

maybe u deleted all of asus bloaties tats y u dun c.. try uninstallign ur atk drivers reboot and reinstall and reboot.. then change ur power settings.. by pressing ur top left clear button..

hey sv/sn users, u guys got set ur realtek hd audio manager settings to play ur speakers defult format @24bits 192000hz studio quality?
if soo, try toggling ur sonic master, it does not seems to change.. in fact itz sound like setting on 48000hz stud quality with sonic master maxed out..

gt de... check if high performance mode got a speedo meter, entertain ment got a pic with a media thingie, work gt pic of something .. plug in got charger..

pricewise, 5750g- non can beat the price acer put
performance(unless u really nid it), the SN- pricy, EOL'ed if can find get 1 if not w8 4 new SV one.

acer manufacturing warranty really suck by bro 5750g hav not hav any reply from both malaysia and australia highpoint on the cogar point malfunction..
new model soo far no prob 4 5750 but the 1 gb is insufficient if u do intense rendering or plug 2-3 screens for gaming. or else 540 will provide smooth functions
switch between gc's is ok for both, but my bro 5750g tend to stay in intregerated gc n nids manual switch (motherboard prob?)
Asus SN probs can sum up to the previous comments.. service in malaysia ask others.. cannot test australia as mine havent rosak..
