so far none of the new DV6 owner complain anything about heat issues.  hmm.gif  and they all busy overclocking that 6770m  laugh.gif

hmm.. no heat issues? thats cool!.. gotta check it out too.
overclocking the 6770? yeah itz way easier ocing it.. nvdia on the other hand.. dunno why restricts users from doing that.
anyways, juz being curious although 6770 is great with itz ddr5 and so but why laptop check revised it as class 2 and below nvidia 550?
i mean i know 6770 is great and 550 is great but so i dun get it.. maybe itz comparing 6770 ddr5 with 550 in ddr5 mode..
heat issuesleh, juz a rough guess, the air vents below (direct air intake) are greater than the sn (keyboard?) so with cooler pads, pple can direct the air into the air intake, unlike the sn, whoever is siao enuf to put a fan blowing on their keyboard?<some1 do a check on idle mode for both would be great>
soo maybe it gives it the edge.. but maybe only.. dimension wise, hp really gotta redirect the air in that tiny space ya know?

Some user did report that the left side get warm after u start playing games, but considering the temp reported around 75-85 max is quite good for me.

I don't trust notebookcheck ranking. GT550M is no where near HD6770M. Some benchies even show it prolly slightly better than GT555m. drool.gif

My N53SV start-up time around 35-40s after configuring "msconfig startup", installed all games and applications, defragment hard disks once and did recovery CD already (just last night). so far very satisfied with the laptop... thumbup.gif
