yes.... lichyetan ur point is correct, the dtek is much more future proof.... but the sotrms and the mp-05s are still king at the moment....
theres also the pump factor, if u run a low flow setup, teh impigment block might not be best... |

yeah., teh strom is still king for any processor that is single die core, no matter dual core or single core, but when quad core and 8 cores comeout, tehn different story... right now no need to ugrade.... unless u buying a whole new kit , thten get the fuzion for future proof.s..

QUOTE(irangan @ Dec 27 2007, 10:19 PM) Personally I do think Fuzion with nozzle is the best block at the moment and I am sure alot of ppl will agree with me bot normal testing.. some real testing.. with flow meter and pressure meter... but the supreme is liek the dtek.. u cna hvae plates to make diff performance numbers.. same like fuzions nozzles |

QUOTE(clawhammer @ Jan 4 2008, 10:24 PM) I'm just curious if anyone here tried out those basic water cooling kits from Thermaltake and Cooler Master. I wonder how do they perform if u actually read thje thread... u will notice that these two are always avoided... i personally liek teh coolermaster r120 aquagate mini.. but thats about it.. the rest of the stuff is really crappy... |

QUOTE(clawhammer @ Jan 4 2008, 11:56 PM) I understand and of course if you compare a proper WC system, these would definitely turn out less effective. i would say with teh right fan the TR EX can beat these kits... i like the R120 because of its compactness and ease of use... and its good for daily usage..depends on wat u want actully.. a garang looking system or a simple understated rig...What I'd like to know is how "bad" is bad? Does it mean the R120 performs worse than Ultra Extreme for example? Is it on par, etc? These are the things and for somenoe that has used a high end air cooling and such kits, perhaps they can share their actual experiences. QUOTE(amd_hardcore @ Jan 5 2008, 12:25 AM) yes they are not bad.. just the pump is a big problem with budget kits... they have to skimp on the pump to save costsQUOTE(Doom @ Jan 5 2008, 01:00 AM) It's hard to get review or anyone that has both Aquagate Mini and TR Extereme to do comparison ... . . |
