Overclocking the opty was at 325fsb at 1.408volts, meaning it was at 2.93GHZ...for the XP90C the OC was not stable! Only by using the WC kit was the OC stable....

Also note that the Temps taken were the average temp as the temp's fluctuate, say at 45C...the temps fluctuate from 44-46, so i took the average.

The new pump (Resun Pump) had a 1-2C drop.... i was expecting more like 3-4C drop....any tips to make it better? Was thinking of making a thicker solution for the WC with the resun pump...any advise is welcomed notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

air laju sangat kot bang...tak sempat nak di 'cool' kan ngan radiator tu..

or possible heat dump maybe?

Was thinking about that theory tu...
If i add a second radiator will it cool down the water better?

Or is the Resun pump too hot making the heat transfered to the pump more?

I also posted this at metalzone's bulk...

can We know your setup please?

1. pump-->rad--->waterblock-->pump
or
2. pump-->waterblock-->rad--->pump?

(XP90C result is similar like TT BigWater lah... the diff I used Winnie 3200+ that use higher Vcore.)

It's Pump-Waterblock-radiadtor

Well using an opty the results were shocking shocking.gif

Using my XP90C on my venice at 1.65v only gave a max temp of 48C

But, using an opty at ONLY 1.4v gave a reading of 51-52C and the OC was not stable rclxub.gif

Thats the reason i wanted a WC kit, now i want better temps tongue.gif hehehe

Ok...i know that a higher head will give better performance for the whitewater, so how can i improve the temps abit more.

So adding a second rad is not the answer and a thicker (water+hydrx) also ain't good sad.gif

And yeah the system ain't finish bleeding yet hehe laugh.gif , coz i just got the pump this morning tongue.gif Maybe will try to oc again after a few more hours...

How about using Redline coolant? Hmmm....

The rad's fan config is push and pull,meaning there are 2fans for entry of air and exit of air...

If ur wandering y the tubing to the radiator is long its because i wanna place it at the casing fan outlet later on, like this :

Things i will and want to do to improve the temp of the WC now:

1. shorten the tubing (but if i shorten it i can't place it at the casing fan outlet rclxub.gif )
2. use a better cfm fan
3. try distill water or maybe battery water, for comparison...

Also to be noted the bleeding is done (no more bubbles+no more splashing sound+shacking the radiator to check for air bubbles), and the temp decrease by 1C now...meaning at OC loading at 325fsb at 1.408v the loading is around 43-45C average at 44C,compared to last time it was at at average of 45C.

The fans that i use are Delta fans each have 80+ CFM...I just checked the coding on the fans and they are indeed 80+ CFM fans.

Also i tried using 2 fans, 1 fan that pulls, and 1 fan push...
All gave the same result...but using a 1 fan push gave slightly stable results e.g. at OC settings the temps fluctuate from 44-45C rather then other fan configs that fluctuate from 44-46C. But all in all they have the average same temp results.

Now using battery water...bleeding haven't finish yet, the temps are slightly better maybe 0.5C drop like that but no confirmation yet as the bleeding is not finish...

Next will try and shorten the tubings...after done testing with battery water...
