Is the place full occupancy, or many many vacant units? And demographic wise, equally or is majority what race?

Wow, the evaluation of this is lower than the apartment I used to rent in Puchong that had crack at one of the blocks

I did a quick check and the photos on Google looks OK. What's wrong with this apartment?

If RM 400k in a suburban / residential area that had a lot of investment / development years ago, and is now not too far away from the new LRT stations is still too expensive to get either buyers or tenants, I don't know what to say lor. Malaysian economy is this bad.

Yes, Malaysian economy is that bad. Even the PRIMA, RUMAWIP, etc houses near to many amenities is not selling well, even though the price is less than RM300k!

Wrong target market. The poor don't have the knowledge to apply for these kind of things and the middle class don't want to live near poor people. Not surprised that the majority of people replying to threads about Rumawip here sound like speculators sending their aunties uncles kids nephews etc as representatives.

But I'm surprised that midrange apartments targeting middle income people are also stagnant.

Seems like this place is improving ah? That's what I hear la...

I also hear that the Property/Building Manager keeps being changed ah? Very irresponsive MO?

Not too sure, but I think I do see improvements.

Thoughts anyone?
