I am planning to purchase a two room unit in Koi Tropika, Puchong.

I have been looking around for a two room unit for quite some time, and it seems to be quite difficult to find a decent one that suits my budget.

The selling price for the two room unit seems kinda resonable. Any one here would care to share any experiences of purchasing/owning a unit here. Is it a worthy buy? Security and overall living conditions?

Looking forward to some comments. This will be my first house.

Thanks in advance people.

Rental wise it's quite ok.

My bro got a 3 room unit there rented out for RM800 (unfurnished), for the past 5 years. Now the 3rd tenant.

The unit was never vacant more than 3 weeks.

Just a word of caution here, any properties by this developer, please be very very careful. I would NOT recommend you to buy any properties by this developer.

Sorri, are you a property agent?

Just want to share my experience. I bought a property from this developer about 8 years ago.....I really really regreted it. I really feel cheated/conned by this developer. Poor workmanship, lack of common facilities, late delivery.....etc.

I'd like to highlight the spate of break-ins happening frequently at Koi Tropika. Most suspect it to be either the Africans or even the guards themselves! At least one case every week. For safety, suggest you install a good alarm system (not those which only makes noise when triggered, but also connects to your phone and/or security company).

yesterday only happen 1 case, where a guy from Block B go into Block A and open all the shoe rack in every single unit. Then stole girl shoe.

My shoe rack also being opened by that guy.

But lucky when the time i go complaint with the guard, another guy actually make report to the main guard house there, than they manage to catch that guy.

Around 11pm, police request the owner come to make report, then send him back to lokap.

just wondering is there any Koi Tropika resident in this forum.

Attention to all Koi Tropika resident, please help to go to the management office and get a letter from there, because currently they want to get the agreement from the resident here to ask those "black" foreign people move out from the condo.

I believe if you buy a property and staying here, you will not wish to stay with those big and black people from oversea, which may affect the safety in your house area.

Please get the form from the management office and agree to give them to authority to move out those people from this condo

Can you share a screen shot of the form in details please? With how many % of support rate to reinforce that rules?

I not yet get the form at this moment, because I only get this news by last night.

Not too sure how many % of support needed, but as the resident at Koi Tropika, just ask every one come and help to support. the higher % of the support the better.

Please help to share out this news with any of your friend who stay in Koi Tropika.

Hopefully i can get the form and share it out asap.
