As far as I know, old town only accept cash. Some outlets even put CASH ONLY signboard.
Places to use AMEX card?

Ben's (restaurant) at Pavilion doesn't accept AMEX. I suspect the KLCC branch also doesn't accept AMEX

I think somebody did mention Amex was not accepted by UNIQLO at Farenheit. I bought something there just now, and my Amex was rejected too. Fortunately I brought along my SCB JustOne Titanium MC, which gives me 2% cash back on non-Fridays.

Petronas Precint 9 and Petronas precint 16 (near alamanda shopoing centre) accept amex but you have to pay at the counter.
