nope. it got 3 usb port ( 2x usb 2,0 n a usb3.0 (which is also can be use with 2.0) )
and nope , even tho its close together, ive used both at the same time n it fit, maybe the slimnest giving u the illusion of "its too close"

anyhoo, if im to complain about the usb port, its the tightness of it. its too tight , tightest usb port i ever encounter. maybe also bciz its new .. well tighter always better then loose i guess

that mean its suport FHD on compatible lcd/led/plasma then

perfect for blueray playback on external FHD lcd/led/plasmas

yep , its the bulkiness of most 15" that make me only considering 14" n below

mine down to 98% . 80% is a lot! 20% of batt life can do around 1 hour on 4830tg too! , where on earth was it discharge to?

he rrp is only 2499.. then again, do check for bundle anything.. IF that price comes with added waranty ( acer's or shop ) then maybe it worth?

why la u guys so confused. just ask yourself first whats ur needs in laptop. n then prioritized ur need first n lets the kecohness to be ur guides , take notes n point from user reviews n such. watch some youtube n better yet test the actual thing! but important of all is ur very own satisfaction

what power mode ur on? power save? i just clocked me 5th hours. STRICTLY powersave n wifi only. got 18% batt left

did gaming with both on power n batt but never encounter such? optimus kick in hd3000 perhaps?

i think hdd n ram are safe to exchage or upgradelah. even if cant, u simply need to swap to ori before claim warranty

of course what i mean was. just change back the ori stuff bfore sending for waranty. Im pretty sure those addon hdd or ram comes with waranty of their own if newly bought

the battery is replaceable by acer n by anyone who can open the back cover privided he also got the battery replacement lol

wow! what a spec that 5830! but yea... it also sez max batt is 4hours, my bet that is with powersmart on n yea on that mode the gt555 is probably crippled. guess something gotta give eh?

but if 5830 maintain the slimnest of x830 line then its quite a portable lil monster!

lol ngkhanmein. u high izzt? the 5830 is not available here la. even if it is. , its totally difrent category of 15" n surely the i7 n gt555 will pump up the price probably less then 1k

plus with added power say byebye to super battlife too

even having said all these, i might consider 5830 if its slim enuf to carry around lol
