I think from what i read in victorywp posts, rebate are not like credit card (which credited into account) but its instead of paying RM100 for RM100 reload you only pay RM95.
from my watson reload earlier this month, they reload via TnG terminal first (ePay). from victorywp's reload, it seems there's no hardcoded linkage, technically can reload any TnG card and still get the 5% rebate. The stated T&C is just probably "soft" policy and not defined in the system
