Same. Checked at toll but said no rebate. Maybe have to go to CS at KL SentralReload TnG at MyMydin (Visa/Master/Amex), Read carefully, it's Mymydin, not Mydin.

QUOTE(bluebay @ Mar 28 2014, 11:51 AM) QUOTE(Kazachok @ Apr 3 2014, 01:20 PM) if you asked for tng rebates at toll cs, the rebates usually take longer time to appear in their system than if you go direct to any tng hub. the same goes to 20% rebate for >80 times monthly usage. it sometimes took 4-6 months. |

so far for me, my tng 20% rebate is on time, each month.
TnG process 20% rebate calculation on every 10th to 14th each month. Redeem can only be done from 15th onwards. |

My last CNY rebate was like RM1.xx onli |

QUOTE(enkil @ Apr 4 2014, 10:51 PM) forgotten there's 1% surcharge by Petronas for cc swipe. so total return from AMEX is 26%.i just thought of this: TnG card itself (20% rebate) is giving more rebates than any other single card (10% from HLB Wise) i can easily hit >80/month toll transactions than hitting 10 x RM50 transactions with HLB Wise i wonder, if using HLB Wise to reload TnG at Petronas Kinrara (over-the-counter), will it be categorized as Petrol or Groceries or not in any category? if this category is covered by HLB Wise, oh wow, 10% CB from HLB Wise + 20% rebate from TnG but minus 1% petronas cc surchage = 29% in return. p/s: it'd be weird to swipe TnG reload by splitting RM50 each |

Bulk of my tolls are non-PLUS or small-ish amount Nice info as about HLB Wise though. Thanks! |

Just went to KLCC LRT station to reload MyRapid card. Too bad that their credit card terminal is down for today. And according to the cashier, normally it will down during weekend.
