Sorry ! We don't sell it seperate and I recon it will solve you problem. Overheating it not just upgrade the fan and settle. You should check on other area too. As we upgrade the fan for high boost (0.8~1 bar) so that the turbo system still on on ideal temp even high boost after long hour.

You can look for after market fan like Jasma but not any alu radiator.

4Trak is all time four wheel !

It doesn't matter what trany u have ! The 4Trak is add on/merge to your gear box !

How it able to shift is depend on your car ! Either u mod the peddle shifter, column shift, tiptronic, quick shift & stuff.

Myvi gear are fine actually. There never been anything wrong with it and the design. It it just how you used it and how you maintain it. If not the gearbox have been phase out long ago and it wont be in Toyota, Daihatsu and even Subaru for instant

You can try used finer or smoother gear oil for turbo or aggressive driving. It help smoothen the shift and also the torque (KG) pressure to the engine. Motul Oil aren't good enough ! Try Torco for instant.

You 3rd gear hard to engage maybe due to u used the 3rd gear to slow down just before the corner during aggressive driving just like it did. The copper gear pinion was wear which cause it. Changing it do help to restore it back to original state

Changing it to close ratio or just higher close ratio (4.643) for instant do feel like you have upgrade to a higher cc. Of coz there more pick up, and you don't shift gear that much.

U mean those 4x4 Truck or 4WD Race Car.

The Ratio Will Still Be 1:1 !

Imagine your riding a bike with front brake press or U drive a car with handbrake on ! Yah I know you can you still can move around ! Try a 60 or 80 Km/h drive or sharp turn ! If you have a different ratio it will either be drag or pull along the way it is like you compress or tear you vehicle kind of feel. U dowan to left you rear wheel off our car don't we ?


4x4 have 4L & 4H / 2H 2L ! I'm not so familar with it system

4WD car are mainly 4WD as the name suggested ! The different it is mostly supported by L.S.D or similar. They don't lock up like 4x4. 4x4 you can lock both left and right which making it hard to turn but very good during hill climb.

With L.S.D you can setup you car acceleration deceleration grip. It also mean you can set the car to have a loose grip for easy turning or hard tail for easy drifting or any setup you prefer.

By the way ! Urs Auto ? Manual ? Premium ? Basic ? You can do a engine transplant to K3-VE (Less $$ involce) and start you force induction from here.

If you want to remain EJ-VE, you can look in the Myvi C for a member Xarrax ! He is good in supercharging EJ-VE.

All local 3SZ-VE will be absorbed back by Perodua as part and refurbish as long the model was not more than 3 year of the first production.

I don't think any Alza owner will want to downgrade their engine or are you looking for a new 30 ~ 40 K just for engine ?

Gearbox can be remain ! You can sell of you old engine and part to cover you conversion !

JPJ Endorse is like few hundred ! Your engine will be fine tune some more during rebuild !

Unless you want to Gearbox Tuning hmm.gif => Altering you gearbox ratio (1 to 5 gear) and also the Final Drive ! This will be ultimate machine rather spend a fortune to convert 6 speed tranny. I still have some rally gearbox part around ! brows.gif

Advantage of close ratio = You have more power ! It feel like you have cc upgrade ! All my customer told me they now have a 1.4~1.5 beast in their hood !!! tongue.gif

Repair auto GB ! Yes and that all !

YRV or MYVI ! Go Myvi ! Part are improve internally ! Unless you get yourself a Turbo 120 or Turbo R Manual actuall GB but not a fit/swap in one ! Else waste of money

Wiring all same unless you go for engine swap then you have earth cable to figure out and need few relay.

Passo Gb have been improve from YRV a bit but not much but there is slight different internally. They are identical but not the same !

Change / swap manual will be the same and there are no phisical electronic differnet unless it is a auto !

It two work! Two to three weeks top!

You old engine is best as u sell it off on ur own & u could get better price out of it. Trade in price is very low tho

hi,bro.. i see that to convert engine the min req is to have front and rear disc brake.. so,my car is myvi and still in standard cond..and wish to convert to 3sz-ve,so means it must be complete with the brake disc first b4 installing the engine..?? how much the cost? or the price is include with the brake?

Coz KL & Selangor JPJ Do Required You To Have Better Braking Power To Hold The New Upgraded Engine ! Unless You Pay Them The Undertable Differently !

It So And So That Your Car Can Stop The More Powerful Engine According To Them ! As Long Your Just Follow Their Requirement It Won't Be Much Problem In The Future Even There Is Any Major Block ! Price Are Not Include The Brake Upgrade !

hi there...i'm using passo wiring & ecu's as my car is fully convert to passo (including dashboard n etc). if i wanna make an engine transplant to k3veT(yrv)...stiil can triptonik system install or not? i wanna maintain to use passo dashboard/meter. my car is already auto. do i need the whole halfcut? or engine lantai would be ok.

4) Engine Lantai Should Be Okie Too As Long As It Is In Good Condition ! Are Yours Triptonic Already ? You Should Think Of The Triptonic Column Shift Or Direct Get The Whole Front Easier & Sell The Rest Later. This Way You Won't Miss Something Coz I'm Not Sure What You Missing Now.

Not Very Pakar Just We Have Very Fuzzy Customer Who Want Perfection In Their Build. How does this affects the fuel consumption ?

Break have to be upgraded for better safety and breaking. It is necessary for JPJ Endose. GB and other depend how u maintain it. You should know a spoil let say suspension won't get you safely through a corner at high speed same goes for other component as if you don't maintain any car also will spoil turbo or NA.

FC wise depend on you driving behavior. Slightly higher off coz there no free gain of power without lost !

hmm.gif Interesting. With regards to the mod frm 3SZ-VE to 3SZ-VET, appreciate if U could show us the dyno test report as well as the end result on max. torque and max. horsepower.

Is engine rebuilt needed even if it's a new engine? If the reason for the rebuilt is only to replace the piston bearings and piston rings, then are these mentioned parts the originals components frm 3SZ-VET engine or those are aftermarket high performance parts.

I'm actually planning to get a vehicle driven by 3SZ-VE engine, but if even a new engine needs a rebuilt, it doesn't sound sensible to me.

Still u need to rebuild.

Please! Where ur oil and water from and to the turbine. Unless u don't care, we just open the whole thing, drill the water and oil passage and refit all the part. Leakage don't come point finger and don't asked for free open up and replacement is that what u want.

Ur boost will be low coz ur on stock NA piston. Maybe 0.5 max coz piston is not replace as u wish and coz ur having a new baby in town i assume

Only HKS product performance part for 3SZ which the kit cost u USD 10k and have a look how much the hp increase.

Since ur engine are open apart it command sence to replace the part unless u can guarranty those seal won't f up but the choice still urs. U might save some here and there but the second open up it totally on urs wallet as it ur choice at the first place.

Ur the boss we just build accordingly if you know what u want.

doh.gif Ur right bozz, I forgot abt the lubrication and cooling for the turbine but didn't know tht the block needs to be drilled for these purposes. I thought the existing oil and water passages can be retrofitted to achive the said objectives.

You can bypass those oil (Oil Sump) and water (Radiator) but the performance won't be as good as our. We are trying to match the Daihatsu factory default design. Which last in long run rather than a temporary solution.

Piston must be turbo piston as normal dome piston is not suitable for turbo as high compression. If you so keen to know about turbo learn and know what this is all about else let the expert handle it.

Yes we do transplant!

Due to the YEN price and goverment enforcing halfcut business, we prefer that u bring in the half cut to us. Coz we normally buy from the same source as their now don't have a stable pricing and alot of part have gone up!

It is a full time all-wheel drive. That also the reason only BOON X4 have this system only for Daihatsu BOON Series

I don't do / custom super charges ! You can always joint Myvi MMC and there are expert on Supercharges there specialist in 1.0 CC which is the same engine type you are currently using !

Engine Is Depend On U ! Either Ur from 850 => 1000cc Turbo Or 1000cc => 1300cc Turbo

We never have overheat issue as we have know and overcome the problem since out first car on the road !

If 25% cc upgrade you can do it you self as there are people post step how to do it or you can pay an arm and leg to runner to help you with it !

Sorry ! Only for own house used as these item are consider gold nowdays ! Very hard to get.

You can get the ring at ur local spare part shop tho. For YRV turbo you just need to back to back order them.

First ! There are no 4wd system originally made for VIOS ! So there aren't any that can pass JPJ ! If you do so either if u get caught your car will be confiscated without able to return back to u or u are sole purpose of Rally or track. I believe u are on the wrong track.

Yes ! Toyota Rush (2WD) do used 3SZ-VE as Perodua Nautica (4WD) but their engine mounting are for rear wheel drive hence different mounting. FE & VE engine do have different purpose as their torque are the main different. You are better off with TRD hop-up or upgrade or aftermarket turbo kit for Vios.

As posted only Perodua car only ! We do have rear brake custom tho and that about all !

Since when 4wd is illegal !? Mean Malaysia no EVO or 4wd truck !?

You must know the rule and regulation and follow closely.

Wira or Perdana as we know is illegal to convert as you need to cut part of you car body or chassis in order to fit. Unlike original Eterna chassis which have the clearance for the rear axle. That also the reason why people buy THE SPECIAL WAJA or WIRA which have been jack up the price three to four times. As any manufacture, if you do produce a rally or racing car, you need to at least have limited production of the car.

THE LEMAN WAJA & THE RALLY WIRA which orginally body do have clearance for the rear axle.

The part we been using don't cut and it almost plug and play with some retro fit which is also the reason why we can made it !

There are a lot need to be done on 3SZ-VE (T) not as simple as overhaul and fitted in the turbo. Unless you just want a basic boost then maybe yes.


Yet a lot owner dowan to expose themselves now days for gathering or to let other people know what they have. It just not safe anymore now days !

The true is I have few friend of mine lost they car engine and electronic in just less than 8 minutes ! Yup in 10 minus !

So long story short, it happen at 11.xx pm before midnight. He just happen to park the car reverse in so the front bonnet face the gate, so and so it is easier to go out in the next day like everybody does. That night he hear that they are a loud diesel car stop in-front of his house or nearby as the sound is quite loud. After few second he taught of peeping to see what happen from his room at the 1 floor and to his surprise, the auto gate was wide open and there is a tow truck park reverse and saw few man.

He quickly grab his collection samurai sword (that what he say) and come downstairs start calling the police. He saw that there is 1 person already working at the engine compartment as he was trying to tight the chain from the tow truck to the engine. Another one was inside the car assuming tearing up the electronics. There is a third person on the watch and helping the guy inside the car.

He shouted "Tolong ! Help ! Pencuri ! ETC" but there is no one there to help him, even the neighbors didn't seem to wake up or help as no light was lite-up. The robber saw him with his sword but seems to ignore him and continue to work on. He was trying to open the door but to his surprise that there are a new pad lock, locking his front door as he can only continue to made called and shout crazily.

He now can only watch the whole process which last about 6-8 minutes. The police came in about 15 minutes later and yet asked a lot of stupid question and another 15 minutes later only come in few police with a big steel cutter and clam open the padlock. He wanted to inspect his lost and was stop saying they need to dust for fingerprint and bla bla bla. Neighbors was question and say they saw hammer and stuff and worried of their own safety

To his surprise they do tear open all his meter and gear and even the hidden one. Mean the robber know exactly what he have and where they are located. He have all his electronic and car fix in different workshop and some during his free time on the weekend. The robber can know to the extend which mean it can happen during car inspection before the race or during the roadshow or gathering where everyone pop up their hoot and share the information.

Where to best location to fix it in, how to fix in, how to cover from eye viewer, where to get it, how mine compare to yours and stuff. He sold the left over for 8k ! As 5k goes to the rim and the rest as scrap. Just like that he lost more than 100k at least.



Another one was caught in the cctv where he left the car at the car park where he work. It just less than 5 minutes bye bye car ! The robber know which car to target as two of them walk straight to the car without looking at the rest of the car park there. it is not random pick ! it is preaim !

hi bro, my myvi is an auto.i want to change to manual transmission...do you have manual complete set? how much? because i planning to BOT my myvi...afraid the auto gearbox will easily kong.
