If you looking for a new GB only P2 Have it. All item sell in the market either take of from their current car or half cut !

New Auto GB = RM 10K +- | New Manual GB = RM 8K +-

hi there...i'm using passo wiring & ecu's as my car is fully convert to passo (including dashboard n etc). if i wanna make an engine transplant to k3veT(yrv)...stiil can triptonik system install or not? i wanna maintain to use passo dashboard/meter. my car is already auto. do i need the whole halfcut? or engine lantai would be ok.

thank you...you seems very pakar in myvi mod

1) Passo or Myvi - Doesn't Matter As Long As They Do It Right !
2) Triptronic Only For Auto & Yes It Can Be Done (Dashboard Have To Be Reopen Some Wire Have To Be Redone)
3) Of Coz You Can Used Back
4) Engine Lantai Should Be Okie Too As Long As It Is In Good Condition ! Are Yours Triptonic Already ? You Should Think Of The Triptonic Column Shift Or Direct Get The Whole Front Easier & Sell The Rest Later. This Way You Won't Miss Something Coz I'm Not Sure What You Missing Now.

Not Very Pakar Just We Have Very Fuzzy Customer Who Want Perfection In Their Build. Our Main Customer Are Those Famous Japanese Bodykit Runner You Might Know (No Name Please), Kastam Officer, JPJ Officer & Some Extreme Mod Owner (1.3 With 206HP Daily Long Hours Used Car). I Have More Respect On Their Car Than Mine ! Fully Passo/Boon Beside The Frame Only. Mostly Are Rare Part & Some That If You Have Money Also Can't Get Part. Anyway Long Story Short.

Fuyoh! Turbo....I like it.

I'd love to fit this to my Avanza 1.3 Auto if it's affortable.
15-20% boost will go a long way for my Avanza.

How does this affects the fuel consumption ?
More importantly, can the breaks, Gearbox and other components handle the extra power ?

Break have to be upgraded for better safety and breaking. It is necessary for JPJ Endose. GB and other depend how u maintain it. You should know a spoil let say suspension won't get you safely through a corner at high speed same goes for other component as if you don't maintain any car also will spoil turbo or NA.

FC wise depend on you driving behavior. Slightly higher off coz there no free gain of power without lost !

hmm.gif Interesting. With regards to the mod frm 3SZ-VE to 3SZ-VET, appreciate if U could show us the dyno test report as well as the end result on max. torque and max. horsepower.

Is engine rebuilt needed even if it's a new engine? If the reason for the rebuilt is only to replace the piston bearings and piston rings, then are these mentioned parts the originals components frm 3SZ-VET engine or those are aftermarket high performance parts.

I'm actually planning to get a vehicle driven by 3SZ-VE engine, but if even a new engine needs a rebuilt, it doesn't sound sensible to me.

Still u need to rebuild.

Please! Where ur oil and water from and to the turbine. Unless u don't care, we just open the whole thing, drill the water and oil passage and refit all the part. Leakage don't come point finger and don't asked for free open up and replacement is that what u want.

Ur boost will be low coz ur on stock NA piston. Maybe 0.5 max coz piston is not replace as u wish and coz ur having a new baby in town i assume

Only HKS product performance part for 3SZ which the kit cost u USD 10k and have a look how much the hp increase.

Since ur engine are open apart it command sence to replace the part unless u can guarranty those seal won't f up but the choice still urs. U might save some here and there but the second open up it totally on urs wallet as it ur choice at the first place.

Ur the boss we just build accordingly if you know what u want.

doh.gif Ur right bozz, I forgot abt the lubrication and cooling for the turbine but didn't know tht the block needs to be drilled for these purposes. I thought the existing oil and water passages can be retrofitted to achive the said objectives.

May I know which specific pistons U will be using?

What is the A/R of the turbine?

You can bypass those oil (Oil Sump) and water (Radiator) but the performance won't be as good as our. We are trying to match the Daihatsu factory default design. Which last in long run rather than a temporary solution.

Piston must be turbo piston as normal dome piston is not suitable for turbo as high compression. If you so keen to know about turbo learn and know what this is all about else let the expert handle it.

Degree piston
Coated piston
Forge piston

Turbine ! U need to know how to calculate turbine. Paper spec and detail not necessary suit you. Get to know the type first not the model or size

Turbine
Sleeve piston and the variability of bearing piston and what different it made.
How to improve the turbine without changing it
How to reduce a turbine lag without changing it

Boost
What the benefit of Low Boost ?
What the benefit of High Boost ?

How to calculate engine displacement, compression ratio, stroke ?

What is engine fitting, port polish and balancing do ?

If I have a very large turbine let say a skyline turbine, how do you able to make used of the turbine and reduce the lag and increase the efficiency ?

Yes we do transplant!

Due to the YEN price and goverment enforcing halfcut business, we prefer that u bring in the half cut to us. Coz we normally buy from the same source as their now don't have a stable pricing and alot of part have gone up!

Yes, u can fit in a 4trak afterward

It is a full time all-wheel drive. That also the reason only BOON X4 have this system only for Daihatsu BOON Series
