QUOTE(Moogle Stiltzkin @ Mar 21 2011, 01:49 PM) not to brag or anything, but should also credit me for creating the first mech club :{ before this not many people knew about it in the malaysian scene. IMHO I think Moogle should be given more credit for his contributions to LYN's Mechanical Keyboard Club, after all, he DID create first thread, he DID introduce Mechanical Keyboards to majority of the LYN community and he DID provide majority of the overall information we have now (and he still does). So yeah, Moogle really deserves credit. |

Obviously, if you like pretty lights you should go for BWU. Having said that, there's not much difference between the BWU and BWE besides the LEDs and the audio input/output jack.

I don't know about the blacks man, despite the large number of people saying that black switches are "too hard on the fingers", there are many people out there saying that blacks are extremely comfortable to type on lol.

Well since keycaps are light and relatively durable I think plain plastic bags would suffice, but that's just my opinion lol. Also cyclone, if there's still available slots can you please add one X%&#! keycap for me too?

QUOTE(Alvin23 @ Mar 27 2011, 02:04 PM) This has been discussed many times before in the v1 thread. A good place to start would be here. Also you can try searching for the v1 thread.Anyway in the nutshell, all switches are "suitable" for playing Starcraft II, since it all depends on personal preference. For instance, pROScrubbie, our gosu LYN Toss uses Ducky Blue switches, which has a tactile bump and a "click". Many people say that It's not suitable because it makes double tapping harder but Scrubbie's fine with it. Fruitdealer uses Filco Brown switches which is arguably the most commonly used switches for Starcraft II players. This post has been edited by KepalaRadio: Mar 27 2011, 02:08 PM |

If BW's encasing was made out of textured plastic I would have soooo bought it for the blue switches. |
