Same case here also...it's been too long already. I've just pmed her again after so long. Even though the amount I'm owed is not too much (RM41.50), I still want it back! It's still cash that's hard-earned.
Chels, if you're reading this...we as your customers here all want answers! We know you're busy with work and all...but why is the refunding process taking so long? And you've postponed the refund date over and over again. Why? Please please please refund us!

Yup Chels has refunded me the full amount of RM500.00; I offered her a discount of RM100.00 the night before but she insisted on paying me the full amount. Really think she's a nice girl

She owes me RM 218.80. Recently I pmed her and ask if she was going to refund me. I even told her that I will make a police report if she does not respond to me. SHe responded and said my goods have arrived but dis not indicate when she will be sending them to me. She even said that I can go ahead to make a police report and she doesn't mind. I have been asking her via SMS and pm again on when she will be delivering the goods or make a refund. she has not replied and I don't know when or whether she will reply or just think she can get away with this.I don't mind if she has the courtesy to atleast tell me how much longer I should wait but if she is already in the wrong and yet give ppl sarcastic replies, she is really asking for trouble.

Im just feel to sharing:

I make order from euphoria and blackberryuk on last December. I have to said it's the worse experience i ever had! Do not believe them if they give you the date of sending out parcel or refund. You will make yourself wait like an idiot!

Chels told me she had sent my crocs before CNY and maybe pos office too busy to send it out and sometimes they might overlook on it.Chels even said it's always happend on peak season. Eventually she is lying and send it on 6th day of CNY. I think she forget there is print slip on the parcel clearly dated. She told me will refund my balance latest by 25th February, again, she did it on one week later after few calls and sms i'd sent!

About blackberryUK, she have tons of excuse to drag the refund. She told me my AX have been sent to her sister( Carmen ) and promise i can get it before CNY. Again, she giving empty promise. I manage to get my AX from Carmen few weeks after CNY, but one of my shirt is being sold! She even ask me have interest to buy other buyer's clothing not!

Anyhow, i manage to get all refund on early of March.

She's a habitual liar! Same case about my order. Chels told me she sent on 29th Dec. and gave me a tracking number that turned out to be the same one as ChuChutrain's. When cornered she eventually sent out our orders on 3rd Jan.; it was stated on the post office slip. I really can't fathom why she wanted to delay sending out the items when she already had them.

My money RM 534 still at her ..

Already 3 months ..

she has been ignoring my PMs, been waiting for her to return my money as she promised on the 14th Feb until now nothing has been returned. Been very patient with her and never really bothered her and now she has disappeared. I want my RM332.28 and the items I have that have arrived. I've constantly asked you to ship them out but you have ignored my request. I've been patient and polite enough with you, now I just want my money back.

I' ve banked in RM218.10 to her since 16-Dec-2010.

Hi, I'm one of those who joined the spree.

I paid her RM297.30 for some items on 30th November and 10th December 2010. And she informed me the items would arrive in January 2011.

Later, when the first batch came, she told me that the first item (worth RM140.00) is OOS and said that she would refund me with others once all the items had arrived. But after the date given, she failed to do so. I waited and waited and later I asked her whether all my items have arrived. She told me two of them had arrived and was waiting for the rest to arrive and the refunds would be made after that.

But, till this date, she fails to post my items which she said to have arrived and she also fails to make the refund amounted to RM210.10 (for OOS and those which didn't reach).

I've been waiting patiently and I never bothered her much with requests to refund. I would occasionally ask her about my items but I always fail to receive direct answers.

In the latest PM, she told me she would post my items ASAP and would refund me soon. And I replied asking her to tell me when she's ready to post them out and make the refund. It's been a week since then and she still hasn't replied saying she would post and make the refund on so and so date.

I really hope she can refund me RM210.10 as soon as possible as I need the money for my daily expenses. I'm still a student and those money I gave her was from the part-time job I'm doing. I can't do as many hours as I used to do now that the semester is in full session. Hence, I really really need the money. I know RM297.30 is not much...but for a student like me, it surely is.

I also hope she can post my items ASAP.

If you know any politician from DAP or MCA you all could gather and submit a report against her. Otherwise there's nothing much the authorities could do other than seeing her personally by locating her address to get back the funds.

I judged that it was never your intention to cheat since you didn't take advantage of my offer of a discount of RM100.00. Just own up your mistakes and pay back by instalments; I'm sure these people are flexible.

You are a sweet girl. Please don't throw away your whole future. This is criminal in nature; the record stays for life unlike bankcruptcy. Think about it sweety and don't sit on it.

First of all, if I were about to scam people, why would I even bother to refund in the first place to other people? Secondly, my spree closed on the 5th but xgox paid later. I already confirmed her item w/ tiny's batch. Thirdly, I've explained to evilbeing, so evilbeing, why didn't you give them an explanation? Shame on you iampokemon, you were a scammer once so don't call someone black when you are one yourself

But I personally don't think you should verbally attack EvilBeing like this...just because you explained (I'm assuming) the truth of what happened to her, doesn't imply that she has to give us that explanation. That is not her responsibility Chels, it's yours...as a responsible seller to us, your buyers. So it's totally unfair for you to blame EvilBeing...she did nothing wrong at all. Till now we are waiting for our refunds and it's been months. Moreover, I've pmed you my CIMB account number (on 22/3) as you've requested on 21/3 (thanks for the pm by the way) but till now still no news from you and I've still haven't gotten my money back. Why?

i'm a seller in FB. sometime i meet some supplier MIA with my buyer money i will refund them ASAP wit my own money then only i will dig da supplier out cause buyer is innocent they pay money is to get their wishlist.

just readin thru here.. almost an hour readin ppl complains.. wow theres a lot of cheating going on in LYN.

this is me speaking my brains out.

there are 2 types of problematic trader.

1. is a real scammer ( main purpose is to scam)
2. is a real seller with supplier problems. (going to be mark as a scammer if he/she runs bcause cant settle the debts.)
3. is a seller that exaggerate his/her ads for his/her items/product. which turns out to be not so satisfying as the ads. (end up being called a liar and eventually, a scammer)

the problem with this seller is mark as no.2.

take order from buyer, order stuffs from supplier, and then they give promises to the buyers of when that item will arrive

after that if the supplier have a problem(cant deliver, or worst come to worst, a scammer). thats when things gonna get crazy with the seller.

she/he gonna start to think; a) shud i run? b) pay with own money c) delay until people forget.

when the seller dont have any cash-in-hand, and ppl starts asking refunds.. and literally make a dispute thread against them. the seller is going for the "its-not-my-fault-its-the-supplier" defense.

just one thing to be clear.. to all the seller..

"what happen with you and your friggin supplier is none of the buyer(s) problem"

sell your car or loan a bank or whatever, nobody cares... dont put empty promises. (from days to months) *sigh*

if you cant deliver, you refunds. its not your money, its theirs. thats it.

Chels said she has already lost RM9580.00 including refunds. Assuming refunds made were RM3000.00 that means her UK supplier owes her RM6580.00; which is rather odd.

Lots of stuff were ordered online and sent to her supplier's UK address. Why did she have to pay UK supplier for full amount? Assuming she paid to UK supplier for full amount of goods ordered by us, she could always set off those OOS credits against the next batch and so forth. How did it accumulate to such a huge figure?

For eg. my last order with her was Asos stuff. She could have ordered them and got the stuff within 14 days and sent them to me. But she didn't; after more than 2 months she chose to refund me saying that supplier did not reply and that she was refunding me with her salary. She initially said my stuff were easy; already at UK address. I'm baffled; don't know what to believe.

While typing this the postman brought the Asos top that was missing from my last order from Asos (I did not order through Chels) and within 3 days Asos refunded me when I told them that it did not arrive. From my dealings with Asos they are pretty quick with refunds.

Whatever the reasons Chels is answerable to her buyers.

Chels, do consult your lawyer regarding the law of contract.

I thought I refunded you on Feb with most of the others, thats why I ignored you. about the march PM, you'll be aliasing with evil. TQ.

okay, first of all, I just send links, sizes and colours to them and they'll do the ordering. In order to do so, I have to bank in a stated amount (rounded figure). And when one OOS, they'll refund. One of them allows me to place it as store credit, 2 of them don't. So if I have orders, I have to bank in order to order so nothing can OOS, get what I mean? Refunds made are more than 4k. I lost count.

Thats what he told me, then he said wrong order (not mine, is another client's) after 2 months. Then I ask why ASOS said delivered? He said he got it but returned it. I got in touch with ASOS and they said they never got returns for my stuff. Sigh. I dunno la.

Consulted, he said for now still helpless in international online tradings. Even local tradings can press charges but penalty cannot do much damage to culprit.

see. this means you dont know the law of the trade.
the buyer deals with you. you deals with supplier.
the buyer money is with you, and your money is with the supplier.

buyer only wants the stuff or a refund. we dont need the headache of thinking what you going through. its your RESPONSIBILITY as a seller to refunds if the buyer asked you to, because u cant deliver on time.

what makes you think people chase you and not the supplier?
if the supplier dont return the money, you dont pay you buyer? is that your way of conducting business?

eg:

you order some stuff from MnG or any boutique, you pay cash, then they dont deliver.
you go back to the shop and the seller say "go deal with our supplier, we cant return money, you have to wait until our supplier refund us first"
you can wait? for a RM100 you have to wait for 3 months?

I get what you mean, but still I did pay them, else explain those that got their refunds, HOWEVER, this is not as simple as dealing with MNG. Clearly you do not know whats the difference with Baskin Robbins and Haagen Dazs, although they both sell ice cream.

Everyone has their opinion and in this case you brought up a very good argument.

Chels you bungled!

You should have placed the orders directly instead of just sending links to your suppliers; then you just need to pay them for their services and usage of UK addresses. How silly of you to agree when they didn't allow you to place OOS as store credit.

Unfortunately, the contract is between your suppliers and you; nothing to do with your buyers. When I said 'check with your lawyer' I actually meant the contract between you and your buyers. In this case the buyers here have every right to demand refunds from you. When you run a business you must have an initial capital outlay. You refund with the capital that you started with and not from your salary!

Another issue is the delay in sending out orders to your buyers. I noticed some buyers practically begging you and pleading with you to send them their items which you already had in hand. You lied about sending out my stuff too.

Whatever your reasons/excuses may be nobody's going to care. You botched so you have to pay the price. At the end of the day you still have to refund everyone. I feel sooooo sorry for you and wish you lots of luck with your suppliers.

this euphoria88 is not an honest seller for sure. send some damage clothing and claimed it's new. anyway, i think we have given her way too much time and being too lenient.

If I were deadcell I would be asking for a FULL refund since you already delayed sending out the parcel. Don't stretch your luck Chels. These are nice people; someone may turn nasty and go lodge a police report against you.

I don't believe she intended to cheat in the first place. In my opinion she over committed and couldn't pay back these people. She is different from Chan Wai Hoe; now THAT IS A REAL CON JOB!
