/start rant

just readin thru here.. almost an hour readin ppl complains.. wow theres a lot of cheating going on in LYN.

this is me speaking my brains out.

there are 2 types of problematic trader.

1. is a real scammer ( main purpose is to scam)
2. is a real seller with supplier problems. (going to be mark as a scammer if he/she runs bcause cant settle the debts.)
3. is a seller that exaggerate his/her ads for his/her items/product. which turns out to be not so satisfying as the ads. (end up being called a liar and eventually, a scammer)

the problem with this seller is mark as no.2.

take order from buyer, order stuffs from supplier, and then they give promises to the buyers of when that item will arrive

after that if the supplier have a problem(cant deliver, or worst come to worst, a scammer). thats when things gonna get crazy with the seller.

she/he gonna start to think; a) shud i run? b) pay with own money c) delay until people forget.

when the seller dont have any cash-in-hand, and ppl starts asking refunds.. and literally make a dispute thread against them. the seller is going for the "its-not-my-fault-its-the-supplier" defense.

just one thing to be clear.. to all the seller..

"what happen with you and your friggin supplier is none of the buyer(s) problem"

sell your car or loan a bank or whatever, nobody cares... dont put empty promises. (from days to months) *sigh*

if you cant deliver, you refunds. its not your money, its theirs. thats it.

see. this means you dont know the law of the trade.
the buyer deals with you. you deals with supplier.
the buyer money is with you, and your money is with the supplier.

buyer only wants the stuff or a refund. we dont need the headache of thinking what you going through. its your RESPONSIBILITY as a seller to refunds if the buyer asked you to, because u cant deliver on time.

what makes you think people chase you and not the supplier?
if the supplier dont return the money, you dont pay you buyer? is that your way of conducting business?

eg:

you order some stuff from MnG or any boutique, you pay cash, then they dont deliver.
you go back to the shop and the seller say "go deal with our supplier, we cant return money, you have to wait until our supplier refund us first"
you can wait? for a RM100 you have to wait for 3 months?

i think you better submit the one in hand first.

xgox can deal after that.

see if she really going to refund.
