My money RM 534 still at her ..

Already 3 months ..

she has been ignoring my PMs, been waiting for her to return my money as she promised on the 14th Feb until now nothing has been returned. Been very patient with her and never really bothered her and now she has disappeared. I want my RM332.28 and the items I have that have arrived. I've constantly asked you to ship them out but you have ignored my request. I've been patient and polite enough with you, now I just want my money back.

Was she still taking orders after she closed the spree? No wonder some of the victims were not listed on the first page

I' ve banked in RM218.10 to her since 16-Dec-2010.
I still don't hear anything from her since her last PM to me on 15-March-2011 saying that my goods already arrived.
I read in LYN that we can report cybercheats to mcc@rmp.gov.my.
Any idea if this is still valid?

Hi, I'm one of those who joined the spree.

I paid her RM297.30 for some items on 30th November and 10th December 2010. And she informed me the items would arrive in January 2011.

Later, when the first batch came, she told me that the first item (worth RM140.00) is OOS and said that she would refund me with others once all the items had arrived. But after the date given, she failed to do so. I waited and waited and later I asked her whether all my items have arrived. She told me two of them had arrived and was waiting for the rest to arrive and the refunds would be made after that.

But, till this date, she fails to post my items which she said to have arrived and she also fails to make the refund amounted to RM210.10 (for OOS and those which didn't reach).

I've been waiting patiently and I never bothered her much with requests to refund. I would occasionally ask her about my items but I always fail to receive direct answers.

In the latest PM, she told me she would post my items ASAP and would refund me soon. And I replied asking her to tell me when she's ready to post them out and make the refund. It's been a week since then and she still hasn't replied saying she would post and make the refund on so and so date.

I really hope she can refund me RM210.10 as soon as possible as I need the money for my daily expenses. I'm still a student and those money I gave her was from the part-time job I'm doing. I can't do as many hours as I used to do now that the semester is in full session. Hence, I really really need the money. I know RM297.30 is not much...but for a student like me, it surely is.

I also hope she can post my items ASAP.

If you know any politician from DAP or MCA you all could gather and submit a report against her. Otherwise there's nothing much the authorities could do other than seeing her personally by locating her address to get back the funds.

why she is not replying here? since she got online this few days? she only will refund TS money ? how bout others?

wow!! never thought this will come out, since she helped on another dispute case...now i wonder if d case n this case got any connection....cheat money here to cover money there coz actually d other scammer is also herself?ah...just my random thought.

I sincerely urge you to work out a timeframe to pay back each and everyone of your victims. I sympathize with these people; especially students who paid you using their pocket money or money that they earned working part time. Please do so before it escalates further and deeper. Don't wait till police reports are lodged. You are only 22; don't end up with a criminal record. Think of your parents; I would be heart-broken too if I were in your Mom's shoes. I judged that it was never your intention to cheat since you didn't take advantage of my offer of a discount of RM100.00. Just own up your mistakes and pay back by instalments; I'm sure these people are flexible.

You are a sweet girl. Please don't throw away your whole future. This is criminal in nature; the record stays for life unlike bankcruptcy. Think about it sweety and don't sit on it.

First of all, if I were about to scam people, why would I even bother to refund in the first place to other people? Secondly, my spree closed on the 5th but xgox paid later. I already confirmed her item w/ tiny's batch. Thirdly, I've explained to evilbeing, so evilbeing, why didn't you give them an explanation? Shame on you iampokemon, you were a scammer once so don't call someone black when you are one yourself

One more thing, why would I be that stupid to actually create a dispute thread against myself? Think whatever you want but I would appreciate it if you, evilbeing, would just explain to them. Looks like you don't know what scam means. You promised them for a refund and drag it for a few months, if that's not a scam, do tell us what is it. Look in the mirror and tell yourself how much lies have you made.

Lol, I would prefer COD for my spree goods but most of them choose postage, unlike you and your electronic goods, which you opt of postage although everyone is willing to go to you

Chels...I don't know what happened between you and iampokemon so I shall not try to interfere or give any input to that. But I personally don't think you should verbally attack EvilBeing like this...just because you explained (I'm assuming) the truth of what happened to her, doesn't imply that she has to give us that explanation. That is not her responsibility Chels, it's yours...as a responsible seller to us, your buyers. So it's totally unfair for you to blame EvilBeing...she did nothing wrong at all. Till now we are waiting for our refunds and it's been months. Moreover, I've pmed you my CIMB account number (on 22/3) as you've requested on 21/3 (thanks for the pm by the way) but till now still no news from you and I've still haven't gotten my money back. Why?

P/s: Apparently you promised EvilBeing that refund date for us is a week from 21/3 latest, which is today 28/3...so we'll all be waiting for it for sure. Please do keep your promise Chels, thanks.
