since uob give 5% cashback on all petrol + 2% cashback at bhp, i just use bhp.
plus, got 1 bhp station at kajang, will give extra rewards points!
the station need to swipe inside, the pump machine dont have credit card terminal.

what i get is, pump rm30, the rewards card (i'm using genting), the attendance swipe for 40 or 45 points.
pump rm60, get 80 or 85 or 90 points.
pump rm90, got 100 or 110 points.

btw i pump in block of rm30 to enter their contest

if u want to pump at esso, use maybankard 2 AMEX, dont use the visa ~

if u still want to use petronas, go apply maybank petronas visa, so u can get 5x tp at petronas, but another rm50 gst

i dont know why u guys need exact amount.

me myself, i prefer not exact amount, easy to track the record.

besides, like esso/mobile smiles card, if u stop at >0.05, will get points rounded up to 0.1

example stop at 90.36 then will get 90.40 points

yes since petronas, go for ocbc titanium.

and for toll, get tng and reload it @ tng hub (e.g kl sentral) with ur ocbc and u get back 1%.

i faced this before, change new smiles card, problem solved

u can transfer points between cards (using form).
but what i did was redeem all the points from old card till finish (last is 300 = use at mart)

i have never have prob swipe amex inside (kajang/bangi area + mrr2 + gambang toll plaza pahang).
coz sometimes i just buy drink + petrol so pay together inside.

what suprised me is, at my amex statement, the bill is separate!
example petrol rm90 + drink rm2.60, so swipe and sign rm92.60
but later at bill, rm90 and rm2.60 are different transaction.
i even bought a lot things at mart and later at the bill all the amount are separate!

no. but u can combine points from multipe cards (need to fill a form, each owner of the card need to sign).

yes u can. no problem. just use ur card at pump, stop urself when the tank is full, even just rm1.98
