only able to cash out when it's accumulated to rm20

for my case, accumulated at december until rm50, supposed to credit in the next bill...
so i only used for rm30+ in this current month... and it credited rm30+ in my current bill.. this month statement cleared to 0.00

but now my reward tracker become 15.++.... means i got to accumulate it again and get it back after 2-3 month later....

so my advise is that use mininum 80+ in order to clear it to zero.. and cut it afterward  not a good card on fuel

As for Mesra card, I asked the counter they mention

RM 1 = 1 points for buying stuff in the shop

For petrol, 1 liter or RM1.90 for Ron 95 which is 1 points

Lets say for example bought

For Mesra Shop buy RM50 (accumulated from maybe buying snack, cigarette & etc) =  50 points

Petrol 50 liter = RM95 = 50 points

total points 100 points = RM 1 fuel

total spend RM 145 get RM 1 fuel so the percentage is 0.69%   

Just need Taikor here to confirm my assumption....because there someone calculated at 0.526%....  

I don't think Shell has such function for self-service refill, only Petron/Esso/Mobil can preset amount so far.

Yes, there is no "petrol" mentioned in the category column.
Strangely, some have, some don't; even though I always pump at the same station.
I thought it might be a problem with the station itself, so starting this month, I have started to pump at another station, just for comparison.

now petrol price no longer based on world crude oil price. it has been politicised. during earlier by-elections, petrol price is maintained although there is a slight increase in average world crude oil price. but when there is a huge drop in average world crude oil price, surprisingly the price is increased by 10 cents! all assume the price will maintain, if not reduce. perhaps they use it to cover back the earlier "lost" during by-elections. and the worst thing is that there will be no news about increase/decrease until midnight. so they suka-suka can decide in the last minute.
