special exam only for final year student

Final year degree students & FOSEE students who are in final sem.

All the * grades need to sit for the supplementary la bang...
Special Exam =/= Supplementary Exam

First of all even after years of experince in kopitiam I still had hard time understanding what you typed.

The answer is simple.You already take supplementary.So you cannot take special exam.You can only take either 1 of them.
You must meet some specific criteria in order to be allowed to take special exam.

special exam is supplementary exam being brought forward... if u take and fail special exam, there is no more supplementary exam for u... need to retake the whole subject....

Any senior can share with me how to register for FYP? Where to see the title offer by Lecturer? Any nice lecturer introduce? I really no idea what should i do for my fyp.

I'm taking FYP this sem. Basically just head over to http://foe.mmu.edu.my/fyp/, get your title, and email the relevant lecturer.

From that point onwards just communicate with your lecturer/supervisor.

I am from FIT. Btw, the title is choosen or get randomly?

chosen. Don't risk your luck by going random. Random is usually when you don't know what to do and you leave your fate to your supervisor to decide, which is kinda dumb.

EDIT: of course you can also propose your own topic, like I did.

I read a guideline regarding the FYP Title..It state : (Note: student proposed project can only be done individually)
Isn't real? I got no idea what to consider when choosing a title. Although i had done FYP during diploma but i feel this time was different.
Maybe due to i can't able to find a good teammate

^most people solo FYP. Why bother with teammates?

The only time it is allowed is when the topic itself is a very large scale project which involves sub partitions that can by itself become another topic.

yes can propose own fyp title... find a lecturer u sexy fancy... find out what is his field of teaching or research... if its relevant with ur proposed title, can first talk to him about ur fyp title and objective... if he is interested, he will ask u to do a proper proposal and submit to him... he will settle the rest with faculty office... u just need to follow up with him and check if ur title approved by ur dean/faculty or not...

of coz ur title must have something to do with what u study la...

lecturers have higher expectations from group FYP....
even its a group FYP, workload must be divided equally and accordingly...

for example... building a go-kart... group members workload are divided into...
- chassis & brakes
- engine
- electrical/electronics

u will have ur own sets of workload to worry about... ur groupmate can help u during the project, but not during the presentation... reports are done individually eventhough its a group FYP...

mini project is like a small scale FYP... if u like working on assignment based projects with no final exam, this is the subject for u... if u like to jolly around until final exams, just take ecp3086...

Anybody who credit transfer moral and Bm before?
