At Kiara Residence and Z Residence area is there any high tension cable?
*
Z residence is the nearest to the high tension cable compared to Kiara and RAINZ from Jalil MAX. I think is about 100-200metres away. Did not measure accurately though.

Doubt about the "walking" distance, but price wise yes it is affordable.
*
1km walking is good exercise in the morning and evening. Moreover can see the nice lake and garden along the way.

If lazy to walk then can take feeder bus also. Or drive your car and park near the LRT since it is park and ride. If LRT car park full still got many space along those condo near the LRT.

I just bought 1 unit @ parklane for own stay biggrin.gif

Reason i chose parklane, still walking distance to kg.muhibbah LRT or take bus @ Jalan puchong/OKR..building just beside main road (Jalan puchong/OKR)....lots of shops below the residential, can buy things easily sweat.gif ...cheapest maintenance and cheapest psf compare condo's all around....
*
I believe the shops at Parklane will be very ong. 200+ shop will be like Taipan in USJ or the shops around Uptown.

How do you cross the Kesas highway by walking? It's not walkable imho.

And the lake is nice? think twice when it is a Oxi-pond reserve...

Just my 2rupiah.

when u asked this silly question "how do you cross the kesas highway by walking" it automatically tells that you are not familiar with the area yet wan to be "sin ka lin" here. everyone who book the apt they knew that the bridge crossover kesas has been long existed.

when u said another silly statement "And the lake is nice? think twice when it is a Oxi-pond reserve..."
Haven't you done your homework on the pond yet?

Exists High Rise around that area- Kg,Muhibbah Flats,Bukit Oug condo,SeriJari1&2 apartments

Purpose of creating this topic:
I guess too many forumer here is ppl from developer... information of condo's  around that area just not centralize...
i hope this can help a little bit  ppl who are seeking for their housing around this area...property is expensive nowadays...be a wise buyer.... wink.gif

So condo's all around this area..for sure will be be causing traffic jam...but now in KL..everywhere jam...ideal location would be to jam shorter distance to reach home tongue.gif ..hopefully gov will widen the road and do smth on it... notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

this voting is a joke. parklane with 4000+ units of course will have more suppoters to vote. my opinion parklane is the most expensive condo among all coz it not worth at all.

come on u must be kidding here. if it's a bad project, do u think PL can fetch so many supporters ? a bad project regardless of its number of units, no one would neither bother to pour their money in nor cast their vote. ur statement doesnt make any sense here.

very good summary of all the projects along OKR/Jalan Puchong smile.gif I always think, if the key catalyst of this place is LRT station, then what type of tenant we are expecting? The rental price shall be reasonable to attract these group of income earners. If the price too expensive, u are buy expensive property but hoping for those high income ppl whom doesn't take train.... defeat the whole purpose... i could be wrong... thats why i am confuse by those high end projects near putra heights....

for parklane..it about 30+ acres of land.4200 units.
for bukit oug area...about same size of land..it has kiara residence phase 1 and 2...Z residence ,bukit oug condo and rainz...also bout 4k units....look little bit further..kg.muhibbah density not kidding...

it is like..one development high density vs few development together high density...

i think ppl who saying bad things about other development..high possibilities...is developer ppl..haha....

anyway..i just think...all development around...got its uniqueness..parklane is cheap but high density....ZR is nice but expensive...and other developments got their good and bad....

but another thing...you guys are comparing....parklane and z residence....it is like comparing toyota vios and toyota camry....both different range of development....parklane is for affordable range..cheap psf and cheap maintenance while Z residence bit in luxury range..nice and high maintenance...but not in a luxury area lah..
