Stop buying condo's at these crazy prices. Developers are merely trying to make money from us while they still can. Prices of condo's in KLCC and Mont Kiara areas have already started to show declines from their prices in 2010. Other areas will be hit soon enuf. Go for subsale units now if u want. More sustainable. |
