Can also go with ctrl+shift+b and play with the b+w feature of photoshop. Can adjust yellow and red channel to your liking.

LOL Actually people who use their lenses daily would not have fungus problems.
*
Not true. Back in my university days, I have a friend who carries his D60 + 18-55 everywhere he goes. Shoots daily and his 18-55 is still affected by fungus. Prevention is better than cure wink.gif .

My friend bring his canon kit lens go up 2-3 days. Come down inside already go fog and few weeks later slight fungus laugh.gif
*
Actually can bring up, just don't open the mount I guess. But if for the weather sealed body + lens should be an issue unless you are changing lens outdoors and collecting moisture in your gears.

And yeah. He did change lens la. But weird. Only the kit lens kena sweat.gif
The 50mm cheapo prime tak kena doh.gif
*
Maybe because of the zoom mechanism breathing in more air than the 50mm prime? no idea to be honest haha!

I too no idea. And cleaning the kit cost near to RM 100 which can get a new kitty around RM 2xx laugh.gif
*
Haha! Even if you clean it the optics won't be as good as new already anyways.

QUOTE(KTCY @ Mar 29 2011, 10:38 AM)
It doesn't really matter I guess as not many of people out there as particular as us. I find it acceptable as I resize before I upload smile.gif
*
True, I did compare one where I upload in full size (and FB resizes it to 720pix) versus the photo I upload at 720pix. Can see the differences as FB compression method is lousy. It is going for optimal size.

I don't see much differences between my Flickr or FB at such small image size la haha~ Unless you compare 2048pix then yes.

i usually keep the original RAW & JPEG files after conversion ... so i am lazy to resize and keep another batch of pictures just for FB ... plus i am a bit lazy ...    brows.gif
*
I keep the original RAW + final output JPEG, 2048pix size for Flickr and 720pix size for FB. Once your workflow is right, it is simple and straight forward.

how about when you guys go outstation and stay in the hotel room with all your gears for 1-2 days ? what i've experienced is the hotel room gets so cold that when you go out and start shooting pics, the lens gets all hazy and blur. easy to get fungus huh ? tongue.gif
*
Haha happened to me, my lens and camera was basically freezing cold (was in my bag). Transferred to car, went to venue (Gardens to Sepang). When arrived saw M7's RQ around so took out to shoot, wah seh condensation happened on the whole lens -.- LOL.

Was referring to this one.

On the side note,

Hahaha, so my experience with Canon pretty much tally with this research on AF!

imagine how much they losses are..  shakehead.gif

If this was true, we would probably see real 'water sets' aka recon around with cheap pricing... or maybe Nikon would just scrap them to control QC which is a big ouch in the $$$ department for them.

Whatever you upload, if you have 10mb per file, means you can upload 30 pics.

If 1mb per file, then 300 pics each month. But then again, for free account only can view most recent 200 pics and only up to 1024 (large) size right?

Wah, can't use 1024 large size already? ._. Ok... then might as well just upload all for med size I guess. Unless got plans to go pro in future.
