Compare to high dense condo. It is consider not a lot. Here got grocery shop, 7-11, speedmart, 3car workshop, barber shop, 1 bike shop, kedai mama, hardware shop. Worse case, go to aeon or shop at Kota kemuning.

Anyway, to own a house with landed, 1400 square foot with own car park for 300k? Where can find? Recommend own stay.

Most important ioi developer will deliver your house. They even good on fix house defect and entertain our request.

Three year ago I also hunting for house. Majority house is 500sq and cost 500k. Almost give up on find a house. Lucky found this place and no doubt on buying since 1400sq, landed and cost less than 300k.

Mine is 20 x 70. 4 room. 1400sf. Cost around 263k. Your neighbour may change as some people rent out when complete. So depend... My side some house still empty. Majority very quiet...everyone do own business. (Lol)

No Without fixed Internet may become a problem. (only for those who use Internet).
For the pass 1 year, we use wireless broadband. It is nightmare and not enough quota.
Maxis - the worse
Digi - reported also worse
UMobile - reported also worse
Yes - The best provider

But all these came with fixed quota and not enough for daily use. I am going to terminate maxis next month (end of contract). It is the stressful using maxis even not at our area.
