Hi all, just went to see kristal 2, bandar putera 2 show room.. any other comment on it except near cemetery?u guys gt any concern if near cemetery?

i see..you are staying that area too? one of my concern is the cemetery like not good in housing area.

received the "geran" yesterday. the lawyer told that we will get the key by this month or september.

Hey guys...
im owner of Felixia 2....
Jz received a letter need to pay as below:
1) 2nd half assessment 2015          RM55.25
2) 1st half assessment                    RM6.41
3) Quit Rent                                  RM28.08
4) General & infra Maintainance fee  RM 763.20

im good with first 3 items...but infra maintainance charge me RM700++??? but im not even move in yet...shudnt tis beared by developer???
im first time buyer...any 1 can clarify tis???

the good news is they said can collect key liao...but need to make appointment first...mine is felixia 2...
i wonder if sign then collect key...how they go repair the house defect since the house key with me???
